I see why Deion used to run away whenever he saw her. Plus, she was brainwashing her kids.
Pilar Sanders told a court Deion Sanders was worth $250 million. Her prenup capped her at $1 million.
The agreement was signed on April 19, 1999. They married two days later.
The terms: $100,000 for each year of marriage, capped at $1 million. Her own lawyer from 1999 testified she also received a $100,000 "signing bonus" to sign it.
Deion filed for divorce in December 2011, after 12 years and three children.
The court record:
$24,000 a month in payments was what she asked for.
$10,500 a month in child support plus $275,000 for her lawyers was what a judge ordered in May 2012.
The child support was later cut to $2,500, then raised to $4,500.
On October 24, 2012, Judge Ray Wheless ruled she signed the prenup voluntarily and told her lawyers not to bring the claim again.
In March 2013, an arbitrator confirmed both of them signed it.
On March 12, 2013, a jury voted 11 to 1 to give Deion sole conservatorship of their two sons.
Her lawyers said parts of the prenup were forged, two pages were missing, and she signed under pressure. They wanted a handwriting expert to examine the original.
When she put his net worth at $250 million in court, Deion laughed out loud. By then a judge had ordered her to stay 500 yards away from the house she had lived in.
The case for Deion: she signed it, took the $100,000, and a judge and an arbitrator both upheld it. "This is greed. That's all it is," he said at the 2012 hearing. In 2013 he said, "It's not about the kids. It's about the money."
The case for Pilar: 12 years, three children, and a fixed $1 million against a fortune she estimated at $250 million, set two days before the wedding.
In the video below, in April 2012, she says: "I understand that I have very little chance at beating a Hall of Fame, two-sport man that everyone seems to love and adore."
Should a prenup signed two days before the wedding still hold after 12 years and three children?

EMMANY’S POINT WENT COMPLETELY OVER Y’ALL HEADS! 😭😭 Nobody is saying KenTheMan can’t rap, but let’s be CONSISTENT. Joe has played both “First” awhile back and now “OMG,” and while the production and energy differ, her overall rhythmic approach and delivery remain VERY similar. But somehow, when it’s Megan, that same consistency becomes a lack of artistic growth? PLEASE. 😂
After a KenTheMan record that both Joe and Ice loved, Emanny called out their recent criticism of Megan Thee Stallion for putting out the same music over and over. He called them phony, since everything he'd heard Joe play from KenTheMan sounded the same.
Joe and Ice answered by putting on another KenTheMan song, one they said was different.
Emanny didn't buy it. To him it sounded just like the one Joe had played earlier, and he said they keep hyping records that aren't great.
Ice shot back that Emanny brings plenty of mediocre R&B to the show, but nobody says a word, so he should return the favor.
When Joe said you can't really judge a new act, Emanny pointed out that KenTheMan isn't brand new, and that they've judged new artists on the pod before. That made them hypocrites, he said. He added that he wasn't aiming at any one artist, but the "hypocrite" label had already landed, and Ice felt targeted. The tension in the room went up.
Ice and Joe argued it's not the same thing, because Megan has been making the same sound since 2017.
Emanny said that wasn't true.
Joe held that KenTheMan doesn't make the same music, and that she's a much newer artist than Megan anyway.
Emanny said they only pick the argument that suits them at the moment. Joe closed with a jab: if you're making the same music and it works, nobody complains, which implied Megan's isn't working.
By then everyone was heated. Joe tried to play another new record, and Emanny walked off, saying he didn't want to listen to that shit.
Ice fired back that Emanny's own music sounds the same, and Joe added that they've never hated on his music.
