Back The Manager 🙏
Joined in a Season/Yr:
• Worst Ever League Start
• Confidence Battered by Brugge
• Worst Defensive Record Ever in 2025
• 5 Home Domestic Wins in 13 in 2025
• Lack of Leaders in a Squad(heavy reliance on JB, JT, LK & JS)
Since joining, they've sacked the CEO & Sporting Director and Head of Academy pulled whilst also declaring he needs multiple new players.
We are looking at an unprecedented January turnover of players, if we can manage it & get new players in...he's then properly judged
Every Manager deserves a proper 6-8months cycle especially if they did not get a pre-season 👌
We Need to Back The Next One
I am not selecting a preferred candidate, learned lessons...but I think our fanbase, myself included, are potentially blue-tinted on which level of candidate we can actually attract just now.
Prime Example, I keep seeing Farioli Win %rolled out at Porto, he was NEVER interested in us, left Ajax with Porto lined up & never got past an agent call.
The reaction to Steven Gerrard turning us down seems to be to comment that the other ones aren't good enough?!
> CL Winning Coach & Former German NT Assistant isn't a good enough standard
> B2B Promotion Winner with Ipswich isn't a good enough standard
> Working Miracles with St.Mirren, Took Motherwell to Cup Finals & obviously knows the league very well isn't good enough standard
Whoever is announced needs 100% support & Ibrox to lift that, even if that's just delusional for a bit... i dont think reality is working 😢
