In countries like Saudi Arabia, where religious and state laws are intertwined, personal freedoms are often restricted. This fusion can limit freedom of belief and expression. #ShariaLaw #SeparationofChurchandStateWeek

In Pakistan, Christian father Shakeel Masih was arrested after helping his 13-year-old daughter Roshani escape a forced marriage and conversion to Islam. Authorities allegedly sided with her abductors, claiming the girl was 18, and pressing Masih to reveal her location.

Only an Islamist would: - Spend 2 hours complaining about how mean and unfair the West is - 5 minutes later support slavery, wife-beating, and the death penalty for apostasy and blasphemy while accusing opponents of being soft and "weak."

People keep complaining about how violent Muhammad was, but what these Islamophobes do not realize is that those who were killed by Muhammad's armies never complained about the fact thay they were killed!

This is a weak argument. If there is life after death, death isn’t technically death, and life on Earth holds much less value. The certainty of death IS what gives life its value. If we all go to a “better place” afterwards, why not just go there now? Why is death mourned?
Imagine what it might be like to really believe that there is absolutely nothing after death, just oblivion & nothingness, rendering what you do in this life absolutely inconsequential & meaningless.

I'll say it again, I've zero time for people who try to justify the killing of innocent people in a round about way. If you cannot condemn it, I don't have time to waste on you. It's amazing how quickly I'm losing those who I considered friends due to their inability to be human.

@ffrf condemns @TEDx for censoring @MaryamNamazie's slides on creativity in protesting fundamentalism as "objectionable." Add your voice to support unfettered free speech by dissenters of religion.
My @TEDxWarwick talk on Creativity in Protesting Fundamentalism finally published without slides: youtu.be/xYBRJoagZcA & advisory that it may be distressing or objectionable.' I find erasure of #exMuslims 'distressing & objectionable.' Censored slides: tinyurl.com/tedxMN

This is why #AuratMarch2021 is so important. Those who don’t speak up for more freedoms end up losing all freedom.
