If we refer back to the "receipt of Request for ICC Arbitration Proceedings from Cominiere and Jin Cheng":
Jin Cheng and Cominere have valued the project at $5.66B USD by claiming damages of $850M USD for 15% and $566M USD for 10% of the project (Dathcom).
This translates to $6.45B AUD or ~$1.80 per share for 401MT @ 1.65% Li20 (~6.61MT Li20)
They also requested the termination of the Dathcom JV
By Jin Cheng and Cominiere's damages claim AVZ's 75% share (842MT @ 1.61% Li20 or 13.52MT Li20) is now worth ~$13.2B AUD or ~$3.75 per share
As of the 16th January:
The ICSID has ordered the DRC to "re-establish Dathcom as holder of PR 13359, currently being converted into an operating permit"
