From prayers to promises fulfilled. ✨⚖️ “And if one day I make it, Lord, it was You, not me.” 🥹 Working full-time while raising a toddler and reviewing for the Bar was not easy. I only studied at night while my baby is asleep. Most nights I’ll be awake from 10 PM–2 AM, then up again at 6 AM. I failed twice but rose on the third attempt. The hardest part was leaving my child for two weeks before the exams, the longest we’ve ever been apart. There were moments I wanted to give up, I cried every night, but remembering why I started and the people who believed in me kept me going. It was exhausting. It was scary. But God never left me. I took a leap of faith, and He met me there. Forever grateful for my family and friends, my support system since day one, who never gave up on me even when I almost surrendered, including my dear grandparents in heaven. It truly takes a village to raise a lawyer. This victory proves that if God gave you a dream, He will sustain you to achieve it, even if you stumble or fail along the way. God’s timing is perfect. Never early, never late. Not sure if it’s a coincidence, but the 7th has always been special: my child’s birthday and now the day I passed the Bar. Bar results waiting season is here🙏🏻 I thought of sharing my Bar journey in the hope that it might inspire someone who, like me, didn’t make it on their first attempt, or someone who is about to take the Bar for the first time. 🤍⚖️ I know how it feels to start again, to question yourself, and to wonder if your time will ever come. But everyone has a different timeline. Some journeys take longer, some take unexpected turns, and that’s okay. Looking back, I realized that every setback, every delay, every sleepless night, and every prayer was leading me exactly where I needed to be. Trust that God has already written His plan for you. You may not understand it yet, but one day, you’ll look back and realize that everything happened in His perfect timing. 🙏🏻 Keep going, future lawyers. Your journey is uniquely yours. And if it takes another try, that doesn’t mean you’re not meant to become one. It simply means your story is still being written. 💙⚖️

I honestly believe that one big reason I failed before was the way I structured my answers. In the 2025 BAR, I made sure my answers had logic. I followed the ALAC format. I stuck to my answers and defended them (even when I knew some of my legal basis were shaky 😅). Practicing Q&A + listening to tutorials on how to answer effectively made a HUGE difference.
