Atlas Wallet End Q3 Update - Community Beta Is Reopening. Here's what's new: Rebuilt From the Ground Up For much of the past 12 months, Atlas Wallet has been behind closed doors in an internal management beta while we undertook by far the biggest development cycle in its history. We haven’t simply added features. Atlas has been rebuilt from the ground up, with almost every screen and flow replaced or substantially upgraded, an entirely new data architecture underneath the app, seven additional blockchains and a major expansion in functionality. So, what have we been building? 1. A Smarter Way to Start We’ve completely reimagined wallet importing to solve one of crypto’s most frustrating problems. Import a recovery phrase into another wallet app and accounts you expected to see can simply be missing. Atlas now searches the common ways different wallets derive accounts, finds the accounts behind your recovery phrase, checks them for funds and lets you choose which ones to import. Already imported accounts are recognised rather than duplicated, and users can continue searching for additional accounts where needed. Private keys can create wallets across every supported chain that key can access, while watch-only addresses are recognised automatically and tracked across every compatible chain. We’ve also added Guest Mode, allowing Atlas to be used without a wallet at all, alongside a new wallet picker across Markets, coin pages, Swap, the browser, Connected dApps and Notifications. Switching wallet updates the experience around the selected wallet in a single tap. 2. A Faster Home Screen and Rebuilt NFTs The home screen has been rebuilt around the new on-device architecture. Balances can arrive simultaneously across chains, new deposits are discovered automatically, suspected spam and junk tokens are filtered out, including tokens with no real market behind them, such as those with no price or too little liquidity to sell, and users have multiple sorting options, improved token management and one-tap rescanning across enabled chains. The header now folds into a compact bar as the user scrolls, keeping the balance and wallet in view. We’ve also substantially rebuilt NFTs. Viewing and sending now extends across 13 chains, collections and media are cached locally for faster loading, Atlas now runs its own media caching layer with a series of fallback sources so artwork loads reliably, and collections flagged as likely spam are filtered out on most chains. 3. Sending & Transaction History Rebuilt Sending now works through a single experience across all 16 supported chains, with more accurate fee calculation, smarter Max sends and numerous chain-specific improvements. Transaction history is now stored locally as it’s retrieved, so previously loaded activity can appear immediately. Transactions appear as pending as soon as they’re submitted, update automatically when completed or failed, show the actual network fee paid and link directly to the relevant block explorer. We’ve also improved everything from address-book integration and transaction filtering to swap and NFT history, tiny-fee display and the way smart-contract interactions are recorded. 4. Powerful Token Research, Built In The new Markets tab transforms Atlas from simply a wallet into a powerful crypto research tool. Search for any token on any supported chain, across several chains at once, by name, ticker or contract address, and open detailed research pages showing markets and trading pools, liquidity, supply, market data, price movement, volume, buys versus sells, participating wallets and holder concentration. Each token shows up to five trading pools to switch between, with price change, trades, buys versus sells and buying and selling wallets broken down over five minutes, one hour, six hours and a day, along with how much of the supply the top 10, 50 and 250 holders own. From the same page, a token can be added to a watchlist, given a price alert, or sent, swapped or bought, and the chart follows whichever trading pool is selected. Search itself has also become smarter, ranking results using factors such as volume and verified contracts and displaying key market information before a token is even opened. Through our partnership with TradingView, we’ve integrated TradingView’s professional charting library directly into Atlas, with drawing tools, technical indicators, candle periods from one minute to one week and chart history extending as far as five years. Previously, charts were limited to the chains a third-party service supported. Now every supported chain has charts, for any token with trading activity. Users can now research, analyse, monitor and trade assets across multiple chains without constantly moving between their wallet, charting platforms and DEX screeners. 5. Watchlists, Alerts & Notifications Watchlists have evolved into a proper market-monitoring tool. Users can create multiple named lists, pin favourites, add an asset to multiple lists and see live prices, movements and alerts alongside their own holdings and fiat values. We’ve also built a much more comprehensive notification and price-alert system, bringing deposits, withdrawals, swap updates and price alerts into a wallet-specific feed, with push notifications, unread badges and direct links to the relevant transaction. Users can create multiple price alerts for the same asset, while receiving a previously unknown token can automatically add it to the wallet before the notification is even opened. Alerts can be set on any token found in Markets, not only ones held in the wallet, and they are checked on Atlas servers so they arrive as push notifications even when the app is closed. 6. A True Multi-Wallet dApp Browser We’ve rebuilt the Atlas dApp browser around the reality that many crypto users manage multiple wallets. It now includes searchable browsing history, favourites, persistent connections and a wallet selector directly inside the browser. Atlas remembers which wallet approved which dApp, allowing different wallets to maintain different connections across wallet switches and even app restarts. WalletConnect has been extensively rebuilt too. Sessions can persist and reconnect correctly, network switching is handled more intelligently, connected dApps can be reviewed and disconnected individually, and Atlas can connect through sites’ own wallet lists or Atlas Connect. Approval screens now clearly show the site, wallet, requested network, value and fees where applicable. Signing requests are presented in readable form, while unverified or potentially risky domains can trigger warnings. 7. A Bigger, Smarter Swap Atlas Swap has undergone a major expansion. On-chain swaps are now supported across 12 networks, with Atlas automatically searching available routes, prices and liquidity. Much of the complexity around route finding, approvals, fee estimation and transaction preparation is handled behind the scenes while the user retains control of final approval. Transactions can be test-run before confirmation to identify likely failures, quotes and prices continue refreshing as markets move, balances and fees are rechecked before submission, and users receive plain-English errors rather than raw technical messages. Each network uses the exchange engine best suited to it, and on certain networks Atlas can split a trade across several pools for a better price. We’ve also significantly expanded Atlas Cross-Chain Swap, adding networks including Base, Robinhood Chain and Arbitrum to an already extensive range that includes Bitcoin. The result is one of the broadest cross-chain swap experiences available within a self-custody wallet, allowing users to move assets directly between a remarkably diverse range of blockchains without leaving Atlas. Atlas handles the complexity behind the scenes, including destination addresses, rates, service and transfer fees, balance and network-fee requirements, estimated completion times and refund addresses where required. We’ve also rebuilt fiat buying and selling. Available provider quotes can be requested simultaneously and sorted by what the user actually receives, while orders are tracked through to completion and provider updates verified within Atlas. 8. More Chains with Less Clutter Atlas now supports 16 blockchains, up from nine, with Base, Monad, Arbitrum, Optimism, Robinhood Chain, Linea and Gnosis among the additions. But adding chains shouldn’t mean cluttering the app. A new Chains screen lets users decide exactly which networks they want enabled throughout Atlas. Disable a chain and it disappears across the experience; turn it back on and Atlas automatically rescans the relevant wallets and restores the assets it finds. And we’re not stopping at 16. 9. Security, Privacy & Personalisation A significant amount of work has also gone into parts of Atlas that users should barely have to think about. The lock, PIN and Face ID experience has been rebuilt, recovery phrase and private-key screens have additional protection, changing a PIN re-encrypts stored keys and phrases, and Atlas can hide sensitive information when the app enters the background. Settings has been reorganised around the new Atlas experience, bringing together chain management, display currency, security, biometrics, auto-lock, address-book management and connected dApps. Guest and watch-only modes also intelligently remove options that don’t apply to them. Balances, token lists, transaction history, contacts, NFTs and watchlists are now stored efficiently on the device rather than in a central Atlas database. Screens can open from their local copy and refresh in the background. 10. What You Can’t See Perhaps the biggest part of the rebuild is the part users won’t see at all. The old architecture built around a central database monitoring addresses has been replaced by Atlas’s own blockchain data layer. Atlas can use different data sources for different chains and services, automatically retry or isolate failing providers, intelligently cache shared data and allow unaffected parts of the app to continue operating when an external provider has problems. Underneath that are new systems for notifications, swap confirmation and alerts; unified chain and networking components; a new on-device database and synchronisation system; shared fee calculators and interface components; encrypted storage for phrases and keys; and an architecture designed to request only the data that has changed rather than repeatedly downloading everything. Even the less visible systems have been rebuilt: notifications are verified and deduplicated before being sent, suspicious transfers can be filtered, failed provider responses aren’t cached, chart history is intelligently stored and refreshed, watched addresses reconcile automatically, and price alerts are continuously checked in the background. The result is fewer unnecessary network requests, greater resilience when third-party services fail and substantially less user information needing to exist on Atlas infrastructure. Our application servers retain only what’s required for services such as notifications and orders, not users’ balances, portfolios or complete transaction histories. And most importantly, private keys remain on the user’s device, with transactions approved and signed there by the user. Your wallet. Your keys. Your data. The Atlas our community testers will shortly receive is very different from the builds they tested previously. Some of that difference will be immediately obvious: more chains, powerful Markets and TradingView tools, multi-wallet dApps, dramatically expanded swaps, alerts, watchlists and a completely redesigned experience. But some of the most important work has happened underneath: an almost entirely new infrastructure designed to make Atlas faster, more private, more resilient and capable of supporting what comes next. And even this is only the headline list. Across Atlas we’ve made hundreds of additional improvements to performance, reliability, security and UX, alongside the countless fixes and edge cases that turn individual features into a polished product. After the biggest development cycle in Atlas’s history, it’s time to put it back into the hands of our community. Community beta is reopening on October 16th. Welcome to the new Atlas!

Here’s a bit of crypto trivia for you. From that list, there are exactly: 340,282,366,920,938,463,463,374,607,431,768,211,456 possible valid 12-word seed phrases. That’s 340 undecillion possible combinations. Even if you could randomly guess 1 billion seed phrases every second, it would take approximately 10,800,000,000,000,000,000,000 years on average to guess one specific phrase. For context, the universe is approximately 13,800,000,000 years old. And that’s just for a 12-word seed phrase. When properly generated, a seed phrase with at least 128 bits of entropy is effectively unguessable by brute force with current technology. Your seed phrase is your key. Your key. Your crypto. Stay decentralised.

In 24 hours, a lead team of our community testers will have Atlas Wallet beta back in their hands. It’s been a long journey, but throughout it all, we’ve never taken our eyes off the goal: building a truly decentralised, full-featured crypto wallet, designed to put control back where it belongs, with the user. And right now, in an industry where other products are becoming increasingly centralised and difficult to use, we believe that matters more than ever.

CEDAR DAO OFFICIAL UPDATE Following developments over the 18 months since the launch of Cedar DAO, the project has now entered a period of trusteeship. As we move into this next stage, this provides an appropriate opportunity to explain what the trusteeship means, set out the immediate path forward and place on record a number of longstanding matters that have now been subject to extensive disclosure and independent third-party review. The Trusteeship The trusteeship was established during the transition from the former management structure to the community-elected interim committee. Its purpose was simple: to act as an emergency safeguard while the interim committee created the permanent legal and governance structure required to place the project and its assets into genuine community ownership. It was always intended as a backstop, with the expectation that it would never need to be used. The trust provides no individual with ownership of, or beneficial entitlement to, project assets. Its powers exist solely to protect the project on behalf of the community and, wherever practically possible, complete the original objective of transferring those assets into an appropriate legal entity representing token holders. For approximately 18 months, those powers were never exercised. On 30 September 2026, after it became clear that the original mandate could no longer practically be completed through the interim structure, the trustee activated the trusteeship for the first time and dissolved the interim committee. The trusteeship is not intended to become a permanent management structure. Its role is to protect and stabilise the project while progressing the transition towards the decentralised community ownership originally intended. Closing the Historical Record This transition also provides an opportunity to place several longstanding historical matters clearly on the record. Over an extended period, substantial corporate documentation, financial and payment records, historical communications, agreements and other supporting evidence relating to different stages of the project were made available for independent third-party review, including to directors, legal advisers and other appropriate parties involved in reviewing the project’s historical record, with certified copies of relevant corporate documentation available upon request. This process allowed a number of longstanding matters to be independently reviewed and clarified by reference to the underlying documentary record. The conclusions arising from that process were communicated amongst the relevant parties and form the basis of the factual record set out below. The underlying documentation and supporting evidence will remain preserved and available upon appropriate request to future Cedar Foundation directors, supervisors, legal advisers and other appropriate parties, ensuring that the conclusions recorded here remain capable of being independently examined against the source material in the future. The principal matters confirmed through that process are set out chronologically below. 1. Founder and Founding Team Tokens At EverGrow’s launch, an allocation of tokens was made to the founder and his founding team and documented in the original EverGrow whitepaper. Those tokens were held without restrictions upon their subsequent transfer or distribution. The tokens were later formally transferred under a documented agreement, a copy of which was provided as part of the review. It has been confirmed that the transfers were made by the authorised parties and in full accordance with the agreements governing those tokens. Over approximately the following three years, the founder and founding team tokens were distributed amongst numerous parties, including team members, staff, contributors and others associated with the project. These distributions were made at the discretion of the respective token holders, who chose to use significant portions of their own allocations to recognise and reward those who contributed to the project. 2. EverGrow Marketing Ltd and Project Administration In September 2022, operational responsibility for the project was transferred into EverGrow Marketing Ltd, together with the operational and marketing assets and controls required to support the project. From that point, Sam Kelly served as Chairman of EverGrow, overseeing the project through EverGrow Marketing Ltd until the subsequent transition to the community-elected structure. The corporate documentation covering this period was made available for independent review and records the structures through which project assets, expenditure and operational responsibilities were administered. 3. Historical Project Expenses From shortly after launch until the project’s migration into Cedar DAO, significant project expenses were personally funded by Sam Kelly from his own bank account. In November 2023, it was publicly communicated that $20,000 per month would subsequently be paid from marketing funds to repay accrued project expenses and cover continuing expenditure being personally funded, with only any remaining balance constituting salary. As part of the subsequent disclosure and review, a complete accounting ledger and supporting proof of payment were provided documenting 510 individual project expenses totalling approximately $275,150, personally funded during this period. 4. Atlas Wallet Atlas Wallet Development and Community Entitlement Atlas Wallet was developed through Wallet Enterprises Ltd as an independently branded decentralised wallet, designed to appeal to the wider crypto market rather than being tied to a single token or community. When development of Atlas was publicly announced, extensive communications set out both the structure under which it would be developed and the rationale for establishing it as a separate, independently operated commercial product. A subsequent community poll supported the transfer of approximately $1.2 million equivalent in crypto assets to Wallet Enterprises Ltd for Atlas’s development. The proposal also provided for the company to raise further capital if required, with the potential for future dilution, while protecting the community’s entitlement to 50,000 non-voting shares, representing the company’s entire issued share capital at the time. The poll received more than 90% support both by participating individual wallets and participating token weight. Corporate records confirm the transfer of the funds and that Wallet Enterprises Ltd amended its Articles and filed a Resolution protecting the community’s entitlement to the 50,000 shares. That entitlement has no expiry or time limitation and remains in place until the shares can be transferred to an appropriate legal entity representing the community. The structure therefore allowed Atlas to develop independently and access future investment while preserving the community’s agreed ownership entitlement. 5. Project Liquidity Although project liquidity was not itself a matter under question, its security and accountability are fundamental to any cryptocurrency community. Independent blockchain analysis, together with the publicly available on-chain record, confirms that 100% of project liquidity can be accounted for from the original EverGrow launch in September 2021 through to the migration to Cedar DAO in May 2025. At migration, that liquidity was transferred in full into the new Cedar DAO liquidity pool, which launched with 24,992 SOL, valued at approximately $3.7 million at the time. Custody and operational control were subsequently transferred from the former management structure to a multisig controlled by members of the newly elected interim committee. May 2025 marks the end of the period covered by this historical review and should not be interpreted as implying any conclusion regarding the subsequent period. 6. Transition to Cedar DAO The transition to Cedar DAO in May 2025 formally ended the former management structure and transferred responsibility for the project to a community-elected interim committee. The former Management Team consisted of Sam Kelly, the CTO, Rocket and Cody. Neither Sam Kelly nor the CTO stood for election to the interim committee. Rocket and Cody did stand and were elected, alongside nine other community-elected members, forming an 11-member interim committee. From the launch of Cedar DAO, all committee servers, groups and operational discussions were accessible exclusively to elected committee members. No individual outside the committee had access to internal information or influence over project operations, liquidity management, expenditure, resources, governance or day-to-day decision-making. The handover therefore marked the end of the former management structure and placed full responsibility and operational controls for Cedar DAO with the newly elected interim committee. Historical Record and Closure This process has allowed longstanding questions relating to the former management period to be addressed through the underlying corporate, financial, documentary and blockchain record, providing greater clarity and closure as the project moves forward. While there were significant and acknowledged failures in delivering the project’s development objectives, the records covering September 2022 through to the May 2025 handover demonstrate that the material representations made to the community concerning these matters were consistently supported by the underlying corporate and financial record. This included commitments concerning project resources, community protections, ownership and the transition towards a genuinely decentralised, community-owned structure. Taken together, the documentary, financial and blockchain record demonstrates that project liquidity and financial resources were fully accounted for throughout the period covered by this review, and that community protections and ownership commitments were administered consistently with the structures and commitments communicated to the community. Looking Forward Having now extensively disclosed and independently reviewed the corporate, financial and documentary record of the former management period, it should equally be acknowledged that important questions remain regarding the subsequent 18 months. These include the depletion of project liquidity four months into the interim committee’s tenure, the subsequent breakdown of the committee and governance structure, the cessation of community voting, the deterioration of community social spaces and the circumstances that ultimately led to the activation of the trusteeship. The community is entitled to the same standard of transparency and independent scrutiny of these matters as has now been applied to the preceding period. For the immediate future, however, the priority is to look forward: to stabilise Cedar DAO, protect its remaining assets and resources, rebuild its community and establish a sustainable path towards the decentralised community ownership originally intended. The historical record will remain preserved, allowing outstanding matters to be revisited transparently if and when the community wishes to do so. For now, the focus is on rebuilding Cedar DAO and securing a positive, sustainable future. Work towards these objectives is already underway, and further communications will follow once the next steps have been finalised.

Security in self-custody starts before a wallet ever receives its first transaction. It starts with how the recovery phrase itself is generated. Recent events have provided another reminder of this. In July 2026, COLDCARD disclosed a seed-generation defect affecting a number of its hardware wallets. Some affected devices generated seeds with substantially less entropy than the expected 128 bits. This is not the first time the industry has seen this type of problem. In 2023, a vulnerability affecting versions of the Trust Wallet browser extension was found to have reduced seed-generation entropy to just 32 bits. That meant there were only around 4.3 billion possible starting values, dramatically reducing the number of possibilities an attacker needed to search. This is why we want to be transparent about how Atlas generates recovery phrases, even while Atlas remains in internal beta. Every 12-word recovery phrase generated by Atlas starts with the full 128 bits of cryptographic randomness. That means the underlying entropy can have: 2¹²⁸ = 340,282,366,920,938,463,463,374,607,431,768,211,456 possible values. That is approximately 79 octillion times more possibilities than a 32-bit entropy space. Just as importantly, Atlas does not generate that randomness using a home-built random-number generator. On iPhone, Atlas obtains its randomness through Apple’s SecRandomCopyBytes, which Apple specifically documents as generating cryptographically secure random bytes. On Android, Atlas uses Java’s SecureRandom, with no custom seed. Oracle describes SecureRandom as providing a cryptographically strong random number generator designed to produce non-deterministic output. This distinction is important. A 12-word phrase can look perfectly random to a human while having been created from a dangerously small or predictable pool of possibilities. The security does not come from how random the words look. It comes from the entropy used to generate them. Atlas therefore relies on the cryptographically secure randomness provided by the operating system, uses the full 128 bits of entropy for a 12-word phrase, and does not replace those systems with a custom or artificially restricted source of randomness. Of course, secure seed generation is only one part of wallet security, and no responsible wallet developer should claim that one mechanism makes a wallet immune to every possible vulnerability. That is why security review is continuing throughout Atlas’s development. Atlas has already successfully completed two independent security audits with two different security companies while still in internal beta. A third independent audit will be completed before Atlas is released publicly. Self-custody means the user controls the keys. Our responsibility is to make sure that when Atlas creates those keys, they begin with the level of cryptographic randomness they are supposed to have. 128 bits. Cryptographically secure system randomness. No custom seed. Independent security auditing before public release. That is the standard we believe a modern self-custody wallet should follow.

Atlas Wallet End of Quarter Update (Q2 2026) As we reach the end of another quarter, we’d like to provide the community with an update on our progress and the work taking place behind the scenes. Fiscal Discipline One of our core commitments has always been responsible financial management. Since March 2025, Atlas has continued to operate with strict fiscal discipline, ensuring that development remains well within budget while delivering meaningful progress across the platform. Total expenditure since March 2025 (16 months): $514,286 Remaining funds as of End Q2 2026: $685,714 By carefully managing resources, we’ve been able to continue building without compromising our long-term sustainability. Over the last few months we’ve been able to reduce our monthly burn to around $26,000. Beta Progress Whilst Atlas internal beta continues to make significant progress, community beta remains temporarily offline while we complete a major evolution of the platform. Our goal is to reopen community beta very soon, allowing our existing beta community to experience the improvements we’ve made before we gradually expand testing to additional users ahead of full public launch. While taking community beta offline was never an easy decision, it has allowed us to make fundamental improvements that simply wouldn’t have been possible through incremental updates. A Fundamentally Stronger Architecture Perhaps the biggest change has been a complete overhaul of Atlas’ underlying architecture. The wallet has now removed almost all dependency on a central database, instead retrieving information directly from the blockchain through a growing network of trusted infrastructure partners. In practical terms, this delivers several major benefits: • Even greater security on top of an application that has already undergone two independent security audits. • Greater decentralization at a time when many wallets are moving in the opposite direction by relying increasingly on centralized infrastructure and collecting more user data. • Faster, more reliable access to blockchain data. • A platform that is significantly more scalable for future development. Our philosophy remains simple: build a wallet that keeps users in control of their assets and their data. Wallet Import Reinvented We’ve completely redesigned the wallet import experience. Importing wallets from providers such as Trust Wallet, Phantom, MetaMask and many others has traditionally been fragmented and confusing. Atlas is introducing what we believe will become an industry-leading wallet import experience, allowing users to seamlessly access all of their wallets regardless of where or how they were originally created. Our aim is simple: remove friction and make onboarding effortless. A New 'Markets' Experience We’ve built an entirely new Markets section within Atlas. Users will now have access to comprehensive token information, advanced market data, liquidity pool analytics, detailed charting and much deeper research capabilities - all integrated directly into the wallet. The goal is to reduce the need to constantly switch between Atlas and external DEX screening platforms. Better Search & Discovery Token search and research capabilities have been significantly expanded, making it easier than ever to discover assets and access meaningful information quickly. A Smarter Built-In Browser The Atlas DApp Browser has undergone one of its biggest evolutions. Without revealing too much before community beta reopens, we’ve focused heavily on making the browsing experience feel far more natural and intuitive, adding innovations that do not currently exist in other wallets. It’s a substantial usability improvement that we’re excited for the community to experience. Faster Swaps & Better Performance We’ve continued improving the speed, reliability and efficiency of wallet swaps across supported networks. Throughout the application we’ve also focused heavily on optimisation, resulting in: • Faster overall performance • More efficient data loading • Greater token availability • Improved reliability across the wallet • A smoother user experience throughout Fiat & Card Services We’re pleased to confirm that we’ve retained all of our debit card, buy and sell partners, ensuring these services remain an important part of the Atlas ecosystem as we move towards launch. What’s Next We’re now entering the final stages of refinement. Over the coming weeks we’ll begin reopening Atlas to an initial group of community beta testers, gathering feedback before progressively expanding access ahead of our full public launch. Thank you to everyone who continues to support Atlas throughout this journey. We know it’s taken longer than originally anticipated, but we’re building for the long term - not simply rushing to market. We’re incredibly excited for you to experience what’s coming next.

We appreciate that it has been a little while since we last shared a substantive update on Atlas Wallet, and we intend to provide a full operational update in the coming weeks. In the meantime, we want to thank you sincerely for your continued patience. We are particularly conscious of the frustration this has caused for our beta testers, many of whom had come to rely on Atlas as their primary wallet. Despite the crowded wallet landscape, Atlas became a favourite for a large number of users, which is something we do not take lightly. The work we are undertaking now is focused on ensuring that Atlas can meet its long-term ambitions without being constrained by scalability. From launch, whether Atlas serves a thousand users or a million, it needs to perform consistently and reliably. A key part of this process has been optimising the platform not only technically, but also financially. The beta programme was essential in helping us identify areas of inefficiency across both infrastructure and operating costs. Atlas was originally built with very limited resources, and while we do intend to pursue a significant raise once the product is in the right position, efficient scaling is essential regardless of funding. A product that cannot scale cleanly, both technologically and economically, is not a product that can endure. The improvements made during this offline period have been substantial. They will materially improve performance and reliability for users, while also making ongoing development far more efficient. Adding new features, integrating additional chains, and extending functionality will require significantly less time and complexity than before, due to major advances in our underlying infrastructure. We recognise that many of you have been waiting a long time for Atlas to launch. Internally, our ambitions remain as high as ever. This has been a difficult journey at times, but the team remains fully committed to delivering a product that can compete immediately with the very best wallets in the industry. We genuinely believe that, through resilience, focus, and the support of an exceptional community of beta testers, we have built something that stands alongside products backed by vastly greater funding and longer development timelines. That said, we understand that until Atlas is back in your hands, words only go so far. Seeing is believing. We appreciate your patience and look forward to sharing a more detailed update with you very soon.

Atlas Wallet Interim Update Following our last update on October 3rd, we’ve continued deep work on the core infrastructure behind both the Atlas Wallet app and the Atlas Wallet browser extension. We’ve made significant progress improving key elements of Atlas’s underlying architecture. These improvements are designed to make the entire system faster, more stable, and far more efficient, laying the groundwork for long-term scalability and reliability across our ecosystem. While we appreciate that this stage may feel slow for those eager to get hands-on with Atlas Wallet, the improvements being made now will result in a significantly stronger, more seamless product. This process will also allow us to introduce new capabilities that we believe should be standard in every wallet, yet aren’t implemented successfully elsewhere. Our next milestone is to begin integrating this enhanced architecture into our existing builds, and once that’s underway, we look forward to welcoming our beta testers back. As part of this development focus, we’ve temporarily reduced our communications and regular educational and community focussed content. We fully intend to resume such initiatives when the timing is right, but for now our priority is to complete these essential technical upgrades to the Atlas ecosystem. We’ll continue sharing progress updates as each stage unfolds, and we deeply appreciate everyone’s patience and ongoing support as we take these next steps. In other news, we’ve also completed a major phase of our corporate and governance restructuring. Over recent months, we’ve been updating our company’s constitutional documents - essentially the legal framework that defines how Wallet Enterprises Ltd, the company behind Atlas Wallet, operates and how future shareholders can formally hold a stake in the company. After a lengthy process, we’re pleased to confirm that the required paperwork has now been submitted. This means we’ve taken all the steps necessary for the next stage of our journey, ensuring that Wallet Enterprises Ltd is positioned for effective ongoing governance and ready to move forward when third parties are in a position to receive shares.

Atlas Wallet Interim Update – October 3rd, 2025 As outlined in our last update, Atlas has entered a crucial phase of deeper infrastructure work to ensure long-term scalability and reliability. To allow our developers to focus fully on these improvements, we have temporarily suspended our closed beta programme. This step is important: continuing beta testing during this period would add unnecessary load and data to the build at the very moment we are refining its core systems. Work continues steadily, and alongside these structural upgrades we are also improving the user interface, features and overall experience. When beta testing resumes, participants will see clear progress in both performance and design. We appreciate the patience and support of our community during this interim stage, and we remain committed to delivering Atlas to the highest standards.

Atlas Wallet Update – September 1st, 2025 In May 2025, Atlas Wallet entered a new chapter. For over two years, development had been carried out under tightly constrained resources: a finite budget, no way to raise more funds if it ran out, and the added challenge of our CEO dividing time between Atlas and responsibilities to a wider crypto project. Despite this, we built a high-quality product and entered a successful beta. In hindsight, though, those conditions made it very difficult to launch at true industry standard, and led to frustrations & being forced to continually delay beyond our internal targets. The transformation began when our principal shareholder — whose shares will be formally issued once their entity is established — authorised fundraising and dilution for the first time. This fundamentally changed our approach. With our CEO now focused exclusively on Atlas, a formally appointed CTO, and dedicated developers, we are finally resourced to build at the required level. Previously, our limited budget meant working with a third-party development company and relying on their timeline guidance, which created challenges for our public communications and left us without full control of the process. Now, with development in-house, we have a comprehensive project management system integrated with our codebase, giving us daily oversight of progress and quality. Atlas has always been a secure product, having worked with two leading audit firms in the past, and a third retained for ongoing code reviews. Beta feedback confirms an excellent user experience. Yet, over recent months, we’ve identified deeper infrastructural and scalability improvements needed to allow us to launch. These are not failings of quality, but of process: without confidence in long-term funding, we couldn’t manage development at this depth before. These updates will bring Atlas in line with the standards expected of the industry’s top players. We are now addressing these issues with a stronger team and the right expertise to guide the next phase. In parallel, we continue to enhance features and user experience so Atlas remains highly competitive ahead of launch. We believe the wallet already stands out in usability and design, but we will only announce a launch date once the underlying infrastructure has been fully strengthened to meet that standard. A statement from our CEO: “When we first envisaged Atlas, it was as part of a decentralised crypto project. With a small team already stretched and a limited budget, we contracted a third-party development company to manage the process. It was the right option at the time, but it lacked the agility we now have in-house. Since May, we have taken full control, with industry-standard project management and oversight now in place. The path has not been easy, but with stronger structures and processes established, we are building the foundations needed to reach the highest level of professionalism and quality. Startups at this stage typically build quietly with the patience and experience of venture backers. Particularly in tech, delays and unforeseen challenges are part of the course. Our journey has been different: shaped under the scrutiny of thousands of stakeholders, and with expectations far beyond what would normally apply to a product at this stage. We acknowledge that many of those expectations were set by us. The situation has proved incredibly challenging, but it has also sharpened our resilience and focus. We have learned important lessons, and are working diligently to ensure our communications set realistic expectations, reflect real progress, and build lasting trust. What matters now is that we are fully committed to delivering a world-class product. Atlas will not be another short-lived community project. Our success depends on staying laser-focused on the product. Whatever noise or pressure surrounds us, we have the maturity and experience to shut it out, concentrate on what matters, and build something that endures.” Closing note Atlas is now operating like a true startup: resourced, structured, and confident in its ability to raise funds and scale. We are proud of what was achieved under constraint, but even more so of the standards we now hold ourselves to. The team is optimistic, disciplined, and determined to deliver - not according to outside pressure or arbitrary deadlines, but when the product is ready to set a new benchmark for the industry.

We’ve made the tough decision to sunset our The Day in Crypto daily videos. Over the past year they’ve been incredibly popular and delivered with professionalism and quality every single time. But as we move forward, we need to focus all of our time and resources on building towards launch. Until we have a confirmed launch date, we won’t be running marketing activities. We can’t give timelines just yet, but we’ll still post here occasionally to stay connected. A huge thank you to Naomi, the creative brain behind the videos. Many may not know that she’s actually a real person who worked tirelessly with our team - researching, writing and producing these daily updates. Her brilliant, consistent work over the past year has been invaluable. Thank you all for watching & supporting this great content. 💙💙💙
