Yup. In this case, the driver manually overrode self-driving by pressing the accelerator all the way to 100% of the accel pedal in this residential area. They reached a speed of 73 mph during the crash, and had the accelerator pressed even after the crash.

First day today commuting with the EU-2026.8 navigation maps update: bad news, not a single one of my previous navigation issues has been resolved. @teslaeurope @teslasi @AtlasTesla
Tesla FSD (supervised) now available in Estonia 🇪🇪 Check the Self-Driving availability map for more details on the European FSD rollout status.
With the new maps update 2026.8 starting to rollout, please be on the lookout for previously reported issues being resolved, and mark them as such on TeslaAtlas.com. This helps to close the feedback loop and helps us to send data to Tesla that validates their changes.

Okay but for real, when are we getting a new Navigation update in Europe @teslaeurope? Been on 2015.14 for ages now. Roads have changed in the past year and issues need to be fixed.
