Sometimes when I talk about small, continuous improvement/ PFIS, I get ‘a look’, like the small stuff doesn’t matter. But who wouldn’t want 7,14 or 21k improvements in their organisation?! This isn’t small, this is monumental!! #pfis #lookafterthepennies #italladdsup

Expecting to transfer to @TalkTalk since 16th April. Today notified they have cancelled my current broadband provider yet still waiting for TalkTalk to install and provide router. Now without internet. Shocking customer service and clearly don’t care about their customers.
