Finished my PhD in 3 years instead of 4 (thanks, COVID), and defended my thesis in the middle of a snowstorm with 140 cm of snow (2nd pic is me on the way of defense). Nothing like a challenge to the very end! #PhD

As mostly farmers will read this newspaper, I don’t know if they will find my cytoadhesion/ridge story interesting enough or not 😅

First time I listened to the SHIFTiKO story in MAM last year, it is an incredible system and a huge step on gene modification in malaria.
