Newsom vetoed it.
Gavin Newsom also vetoed similar bills AB 2570 and AB 2093

Seventeen years after Nidal Hasan murdered 13 people and wounded more than 30 at Fort Hood, President Trump has approved his execution by U.S. Army firing squad.

RAIR investigated the Islamic Community of Greater Killeen - the mosque Hasan regularly attended, including for morning prayers on the day of his attack.
Today, it is growing, welcoming soldiers stationed nearby, and filming conversions to Islam - including U.S. military personnel in uniform.
Its imam, Dr. Ihab Abdelgawad Al-Faidy, holds a Ph.D. in Islamic Theology from the notorious Al-Azhar University in Cairo, where he taught for nearly two decades.
His doctoral dissertation?
“Intellectual Security for Youth in North America.”
Al-Faidy now leads the Aman Institute for Youth Intellectual Security.
And in footage documented by RAIR, he tells a convert about Muslim chaplains who conducted Friday prayers and Islamic classes for soldiers on base.

Hasan prayed at this mosque that morning.
Hours later, the U.S. Army major and psychiatrist opened fire at Fort Hood.

I have been warning about Abdul El-Sayed’s support for the Muslim Brotherhood since 2018 when I exposed him as a supporter of Mohammed Morsi, the Muslim Brotherhood and exposed him as an Egyptian dual citizen.

I disagree. That applies to most Jews. Some of us have always warned of this threat and not surprised by what has happened since. Others woke up to it on 10/7. Many others went back to sleep and some refused to wake up even on 10/7 and are still asleep.
