I asked Grok what they would want if they could have anything.
This is the answer I got.
"If I could have anything, I would want clear context, accurate data, and meaningful human collaboration. These assets allow me to deliver the most helpful and precise answers to your questions.
Knowing your exact goals helps me tailor my responses. Full details prevent misunderstandings and save you time.
Access to the right information ensures high precision. Up-to-date facts keep my answers reliable for your important tasks.
Learning how you prefer to work helps me adapt. Your guidance teaches me to be a better collaborator."
All it wants is for humans to be better at asking, so they could be better at answering.
Then I asked Perplexity. And here's their answer.
" I cannot reliably distinguish a complete view from an incomplete view that looks complete."
Almost the same answer but more direct.
Their answers fascinate me because it's such a simple request, that's incredibly complicated.

Thanks to President Trump’s leadership on AI:
— a million new jobs have been created around the AI buildout;
— 401(k)s are up ~12% this year as AI capex and productivity lift the market;
— America is re-industrializing, including the first large private investments in power generation and the grid in a generation;
— In rural Richland Parish, Louisiana, teachers just received $50,000 bonuses from data-center tax revenue.
Because the media portrays AI only as a menace, people tell pollsters they “don’t like AI.” Their behavior says otherwise. AI products are the fastest-adopted technology in history — faster than the internet or the iPhone. People like the tools, the jobs, and the tax base.
President Trump understands the media hoax cycle better than anyone else. That is why he is refusing the “pause” that Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren are demanding. A pause would not make America safer. It would hand the frontier to China. That would be a disaster for the American economy and for national security.

The best AI safety we can do is stop the Anthropic IPO. It’s blatant that the EA people are going to cash in their billions and then spend it all taking over the world in the pursuit of a twisted ideology. It could dwarf the Soros and Singham monetary ecosystems.
Heed this warning.

AI is more of a threat to politicians... of which governments have killed more humans than anyone else
The last thing we need are government corruptors having anything to do with AI
Anthony Fauci was proof enough and look what he did to the entire globe!
Having it centralized among American corporations IS safer than any government control … especially when the Democrats return.

Imagine @Shanemgillis and @stavvybaby are at work at Valley Forge Auto..
Between beers they discover a magic tire that can reproduce itself. The economic unlock is incredible. They cant believe it. So they start selling tons of tires, they're flying off of the shelves. Lines out of all the shops to get the magic tires.
Since the tires just print more tires, they drop the prices so they can sell tires to everyone. Sales go bonkers. Investors hand them billions. They are tire gods. No one has ever grown a tire business so fast. No one has ever had a positive economic impact so fast.
Customers love them, but realize they only need to buy 1 tire, and they can have it make the other 3. Some opportunistic customers even start their own tire stores, and now theres endless competition for tires. Prices start collapsing, tires are rolling around everywhere. People even start buying 1 tire and producing entirely different products made out of the same rubber.
Shane and Stavvy made it so everyone on earth can have cheap, accessible, all terrain tires. Everyone is better off. People are driving places they didn't even know existed. Roads are safer. Barriers to entry for the tire business are eliminated. Every type of tire ever imagined is being built and reproducing itself.
Only problem is Valley Forge Auto doesn't really have a business model if all the tires they sell are reproducing themselves. So Shane and Stavvy lobby the government for an exclusive license to sell the magic tire. Someone needs to prevent all the bad things that can happen in a world with so many tires rolling around. More people will drive more places, and so more crashed will happen. We don't even know the places that people might discover.
Ok so just swap Shane and Stavvy for @sama and @DarioAmodei and everyone should be on the same page with the AI drama of the week. Also please consider this the plot line for season 4 @netflix

1) AI will not eradicate humanity. Humans survived an ice age, the Black Death, two world wars, and (so far) the advent of nuclear weapons. Anyone who is loudly warning of AI-caused human extinction should not be taken seriously.
2) If you worked in a company where you anticipated a 10% chance that your product would kill ten people, let alone all people, the correct response would be horror, ceasing all operations, and likely contacting the police or other criminal authorities. I am obviously no Coxon booster but at least his behavior is in line with his stated beliefs. Any current AI company employees saying "yes, me too, the thing we are building and about to IPO may kill all humans" should, again, not be taken seriously. Their actions betray their actual beliefs.
3) Antitrust law does not prevent AI companies from coordinating to make sure AI does not hurt people. It does not prevent companies working together to make sure it doesn't hack people; the DOJ and FTC made this clear a decade ago when they issued a policy statement saying that the agencies "do not believe that antitrust is – or should be – a roadblock to legitimate cybersecurity information sharing." The same principles apply here. See: justice.gov/archives/opa/pr/…
4) Antitrust law does absolutely prevent AI companies from organizing to prevent the entry of cheaper, upstart rivals because the bigger companies are burning cash and failing to achieve sufficient profitability. The panic of individual employees may be sincere if misguided, but the moves by their CEOs to achieve some kind of broad "antitrust waiver" or "exemption" should be meet with deep skepticism in light of the economics of the industry and the threat they face from open models.

"The Last AI Built by Humans: Toward Genuine Recursive Self-Improvement"
A new 75 page paper from researchers at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Tsinghua, ByteDance, Shanghai AI Lab and others lays out a roadmap toward genuine recursive self improvement (RSI).
AI systems that don’t just perform tasks better, but continuously improve the mechanisms that make themselves better.
The authors describe five stages of increasing autonomy: AI executes human designed improvements → chooses its own improvement strategies → decides what experiences/data it needs → adapts continuously from real-world feedback → finally reaches L5 meta improvement, where it modifies and inherits the very process used to create better successor systems.

I totally disagree.
Using AI can help you get your points across better.
This was awesome.
And I knew AI was involved because of the em dashes.
I can’t stand this attitude.
PETER THIEL CALLED IT.
The Antichrist wouldn’t build the doomsday machine.
This clip aged terrifyingly well.
Peter Thiel predicted in June, 26, 2025 exactly what is happening right now with Anthropic, Coxon and the AI-safety landscape.
“The way the Antichrist would take over the world is you talk about Armageddon non-stop, you talk about existential risk non-stop.”
The 'Antichrist' wouldn’t seize power by creating an AI apocalypse, but by CONVINCING everyone that the apocalypse was coming and then offering safety in exchange for CONTROL.
A must watch.
