AZ’s Yuma Complex, built for dry desert heat, now faces a lethal combination of 110°F + 36%H on Sat. Scorching temps & rising humidity can kill! Old evap cooling systems don’t work, making it feel like 130-150°F+ in the concrete boxes. @AZCorrections, immediate action is vital!
