Intrigue meets delight at the edge of space. These noctilucent clouds are the most spectacular I have ever seen!

Spectacular sight of these noctilucent clouds.

Referred to as Polar Mesospheric Clouds, noctilucent clouds form on the edge of space as a thin layer of ice. Researchers are unsure about how they form and their connection to global climate models.
