When I tell someone ‘I’m an astrophotographer’ - there’s a little lag in their process and response time. 😂 Do you experience the same? ⭐️

Yes. I’ll stay indoors thank you. Winter is coming… But the cold brings excellent conditions

Our company feel victim to @amazon reseller fraud. Bloody hell, disgraceful. So well packaged to emulate the weight. Even had tamper proof packaging on.

From a while back, but I still enjoy this pic. An indoor star trail - looking out from my home office when I lived in Johannesburg suburbs.

I finally had a stretch of clear skies and put in some time for a new HaLRGB Andromeda Holy shit. I just culled the bad subs and I still have 22h30 of usable to integrate! 17h30 LRGB 5h Ha ⭐️🤟

Here’s 4h20 of the Jellyfish Nebula. SHO always challenges me, and nothing ever looks quite right unless it looks like a Hubble image. But here we are, and this is what I’m showing up with. Image deets on @AstroBin_com @zwoastro 2600MMduo. RedCat61 🔭 #astrophotography

Went back into the archives and reworked this old Deadvlei edit. Lost the raw files from this trip a decade ago, only had a high res JPEG left. Not quite what I'd hoped for, but it's what survived. The oldest desert on Earth. Namibia’s 📸 Canon 5D Mk III, Canon 14mm f/2.8

Watching a band competition in Omaha today, and I wanna ask if they will donate their star - would look better in my garden.

Is it just me, or does everyone have a friend that keeps encouraging you to make calendars on your photos and sell them Astro photo calendar by Tanja 🙄

Oooooooh shit. I was literally thinking of this as I received this email from Agena . I need a longer focal length. And. You know how you get when it’s cloudy outside ….

Strip the stars away and the sky gets loud. The Crescent Nebula, with the Soap Bubble hiding beside it, in HOO. So much detail was waiting in the dust. @zwoastro 📷 ASI2600MM | AM5N | WO Redcat61
