Zelensky's wife program to evacuate Ukrainian orphans to Turkey turned into a total nightmare. The children were subjected to psychological and sexual abuse.
Two underage girls from orphanages got pregnant by Turkish hotel cooks. A Ukrainian teacher allegedly pimped them out and probably profited from it. Once the pregnancies showed, the girls were quickly sent back to Ukraine.
Both gave birth. One had a boy and then tried to kill herself. The other named her daughter Melek (“angel” in Turkish), gave her to orphanage. Now says she was tricked into signing away her parental rights - now she’s fighting to get her baby back.
The kids say they were forced to sing, dance, and shoot begging videos for the Ukrainian embassy and donors. Is refuse: phones confiscated, food cut. One girl was told straight up: “You have to perform - money’s already been paid for you.”
Absolute disaster.

RAG is great, but it has a major problem:
Every query hits the vector database. Even for static information that hasn't changed in months.
This is expensive, slow, and unnecessary.
Cache-Augmented Generation (CAG) addresses this issue by enabling the model to "remember" static information directly in its key-value (KV) memory.
Even better? You can combine RAG and CAG for the best of both worlds.
Here's how it works:
RAG + CAG splits your knowledge into two layers:
↳ Static data (policies, documentation) gets cached once in the model's KV memory
↳ Dynamic data (recent updates, live documents) gets fetched via retrieval
The result? Faster inference, lower costs, less redundancy.
The trick is being selective about what you cache.
Only cache static, high-value knowledge that rarely changes. If you cache everything, you'll hit context limits. Separating "cold" (cacheable) and "hot" (retrievable) data keeps this system reliable.
You can start today. OpenAI and Anthropic already support prompt caching in their APIs.

Coinbase's listing team has given me permission to share that they have received our $DOG spot listing application, that I have a direct communication channel with their listing team to review $DOG, and that we are being treated fairly in their new "Blue Carpet" listing process
I greatly respect the confidentiality of my listing conversations with all exchanges which means I do not share with the $DOG Army that there even is a conversation unless I am told I am able to
I make zero promises that any listing conversation will lead to a listing and have never before until now shared that a specific conversation even exists so that people do not get their hopes up
To be extremely clear a conversation does not mean a listing will happen and it just means that an exchange's listing team is taking the time to evaluate $DOG and provide feedback
Ultimately it is up to every exchange to decide for themselves if they will list $DOG or not

To be honest, Mylovanov and his school received $200-300 MILLION(!) from USAID alone since 2016.
