The investigation is ongoing under judicial supervision.
🌲 - 🇱🇧✝️ New details have emerged in the murder of Maronite priest Father Samir Daou, found dead in his Ain Jrain residence in Jbeil.
The priest had traveled with a Syrian worker hired for olive harvesting before contact was lost. His body showed head injuries and possible stab wounds.
Surveillance cameras captured the worker driving the priest's vehicle after his disappearance. His phone and other belongings were also missing. Investigators are currently examining forensic evidence and surveillance footage.

BREAKING: Horrifying new footage has been released of the Ethiopian Christian community burying dozens of innocent people who were slaughtered by Islamists.
More than 60 Orthodox Christians were killed in Ethiopia’s Oromia region in two attacks over the last week. Fourteen died on October 20 in Merti district. Another 46 were killed on October 24 in villages in Shirka district.

Ethiopia: At least 47 Ethiopian Christians were killed, and another 18 hospitalized, in coordinated attacks targeting them in the Oromia region.
Surviving witnesses claimed regional authorities collaborated with Islamist militias to carry out the massacre.
Church leaders have repeatedly warned local authorities about armed groups entering the area, but received no serious response.
This is not an isolated incident, but rather part of a pattern of targeted attacks against Ethiopian Christians, who militants conflate with Amhara ethnicity.
This fusion of religious and ethnic violence against innocent Christians and their churches must not be tolerated.
We condemn these evil acts and call for the protection of Ethiopia’s Christians.

After Elon Musk posted on X saying he had throttled Ukraine’s use of Starlink after it was used for offensive attacks, House Armed Services Committee member Rep. Jason Crow (D-CO) says the billionaire’s ability to wield that power is “beyond disturbing to me.”
“It cannot and should not be the case that a tech oligarch, a private citizen, who has that much control over our national security, who is unaccountable, who is unelected, with zero transparency, is making life and death decisions on the battlefield in systems that our service members and our partners and allies rely upon,” he adds.
