This study collects responses directly from the public on whether they prefer LLM summaries of lung cancer screening reports. They do! And those with the lowest healthcare literacy seem benefit the most. @RSNA @OxfordJournals @UCSFimaging @sohn522
In a vignette-based survey of U.S. general population, LLM-generated summaries of lung cancer screening reports significantly improved patient comprehension and lowered anxiety especially for those with lower health literacy.

For most patients undergoing 90Y-SIRT to treat liver tumors, lung shunt fraction and lung dose are not the limiting factor. This model identifies those cases where MAA SPECT can safely be omitted using the pretreatment CT! @RSNA @OxfordJournals #RadAdv
A novel lung shunt fraction (LSF) metric can reliably identify 90Y-SIRT cases where MAA-based LSF determination may be omitted while preserving treatment planning accuracy.
