ya'll this update also brought back the small taskbar as well as the ability to move it to the left/right/top like in previous versions of the OS. can't say I have ever seen anyone put the taskbar anywhere else but the bottom though lmao

hate that it is like this but I believe it is this update that baked in the new features of the start menu and then began enabling them randomly for people. anyway the new settings practically lets you turn almost everything off!
