At @AspenInstitute, @CISAJen reiterates her call for US businesses to "lower their threshold" for reporting anomalous cyber activity. She says that emerging hacking campaigns are more likely to be spotted by the private sector rather than the government.

Right now, @CISAJen speaking at @AspenCyber says there aren't specific, credible cyber threats to the U.S. right now from Russia amid the conflict in Eastern Europe, but reiterates the need to share any anomalous activity as quickly as possible.

.@Mandiant's @JumpforJoyce on cyber threats + #Ukraine: We have the benefit of tracking espionage groups over time. With this data, we can identify a cluster of activity that is familiar to us. This is how the 'Ghostwriter' Campaign was confirmed as originating from #Belarus.

.@FSIStanford’s @HerbLinCyber on cyber threats + #Ukraine: Should our country be bolstering #NATO's #cybersecurity defenses? Yes, and U.S. Cyber Command has been doing so. But whether we will deploy offensive strategies to support de-escalation is still an open question.

Former @CISAgov’s @C_C_Krebs on cyber threats + #Ukraine: This moment smacks of gangster diplomacy. For several years, the Kremlin has been turning a blind eye to the criminal assets in its orbit. This all aligns with #Russia's #cybersecurity interests in destabilizing the West.

.@FSIStanford’s @herblincyber on cyber threats + #Ukraine: #Russia is probably already attacking Ukraine's critical infrastructure, like banks and power grids, to create panic and uncertainty on the ground about the government's ability to protect their country from invasion.
