Vaishnavi started a completely new area of work in our group with single nucleus and single cell transcriptomic data analysis. She is currently on her way to present this work at the FSHD Connect 2026 conference in Chicago.

Aditi worked on two different projects involving MD simulations of protein-membrane systems. She did excellent work in both projects in collaboration with two different experimental groups.

Aditi and Vaishnavi, the two very talented M Tech students working in our lab, graduated recently. Both of them have secured PhD admission at excellent Institutions and will start soon. The CLOCK lab @iitgncompbio is extremely proud of their achievements. Our Best wishes to both.
