#CVS has already started rolling this out. In June I had an issue and through phone tree eventually reached pharmacist. This month, same issue, only allowed to leave voicemail and hope for a callback (which I never got)
CVS is going to stop all phone customer service. Not just that, but calls from patients will now be transcribed via generative AI and routed to pharmacists. Hope there are no errors here's your medicine!
