I worked with Yong for three years and if you’re looking to add someone for your team, you should read this. I was consistently impressed by Yong professionalism, dedication, and work ethic He approached every task with the same level of commitment, whether it involved preparation, analysis, team discussions, or supporting the players behind the scenes He was always reliable, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile to help the team improve Every player who worked with him spoke highly of him, not only because of his knowledge and competence, but also because of the way he built trust and maintained strong relationships within the team Yong has always been someone the players could rely on, both professionally and personally, and his impact was felt far beyond his official responsibilities He’s also a walking LoL encyclopedia, equally strong at team play and individual work with his laners ( he’ll know aswel every details about the game or useless champions interactions lol) He always finds the right words to refocus a discussion or bring a fresh perspective on the game. I’ve also seen him grow hugely over the years : getting reluctant players to buy into individual work, stepping up beyond his assistant role when needed, and holding players accountable/being the bad cop if necessary If anyone deserves a shot in the LEC, it’s him Feel free to reach out with any questions.

Désolé pour ce split, c'est une honte y'a rien d'autre à rajouter, faire moins que top 3/4 aurait déjà été une grosse déception, mais finir top 9 avec un roster de ce calibre c'était même pas imaginable pour moi
