Most people suck at running.
But if you use these 4 running technique tips, I guarantee you won't:
🧵
AI can't run for you.
But it can analyze your Running Technique and give you specific drills to fix the problems that hold your efficiency back.
I'm making a demo post for my Swift Running AI App In a couple of days.
I've been working on it for a long time.
Excited to show it to you all.
Most running programs fail. Most New Year's resolutions fail. Most attempts to build a lasting habit fail. And yet the self-help industry keeps selling the same playbook: try harder, want it more, believe in yourself.
If you want great Running Technique focus on:
1) Reducing your overstride
2) Proper arm swing
3) Pushing your hips forward
4) Lifting your feet
5) Relaxed posture
Succeeding as a runner comes down to two things:
1. Build the Tissue Tolerance needed to run.
2. Run.
There are no secret shortcuts.
I bought these straps about a month ago and they've helped a ton with my back training.
My deadlift has also gone through the roof, since it's not limited by my grip anymore.
If you're struggling with joint pain while running, try doing intervals up hills.
They allow you to challenge your fitness at a slower pace.
And slower running has less of an impact on your running.
Had an introduction to Xlabs at my University.
It was cool to get started with some of our equipment like 3d-printers and laser cutters
I've been interested in constraint based skill learning recently.
So one constraint I'm trying is learning to juggle with a small football.
I'll let you know how it translates to juggling with a normal football
Does your knee hurt every time you run?
Does training feel pointless because your knee pain always ruins your progress?
I will fix that for you in 4 weeks and unless you can run a 5k with no knee pain,
You do not pay.
I do this by turning your existing training routine into one that builds up your Tissue Tolerance instead of breaking it down,
So your body can tolerate running.
There is no cost upfront.
And unless you can run a 5k with no knee pain after 4 weeks, you do not pay.
Reply “TT” if you’re interested.
P.S.
This invitation expires in 7 hours, so this is your last chance if you want in.
I've started promoting Swift Running more and to make the promos work really well I need one thing:
An undeniable, obnoxiously long wall of results that tell 1 story:
Someone who wants to get fit is prevented from doing so because of injuries.
I turn their current training routine into one that builds up Tissue Tolerance instead of breaking it down.
This turns out to be so useful that they can run pain-free again.
They build up their fitness without any setbacks.
I'm doing this for a few folks struggling with knee pain right now.
But the problem is that it takes about a month or so to see the results.
So I'd like to do this for free for a few people who've been struggling with running because of knee pain.
Deal is:
I do it free. You only pay after you get the result. And I can tell an awesome story.
If this sounds interesting to you, reply "story" to this post or DM me "story" and we'll talk it through.
Are you this person?
Someone who wants to heal their knee pain in 4 weeks, and unless they can run a 5k with no knee pain at the end,
they do not pay.
I'm looking for this specific person.
This specific person normally has no problem being consistent with their training.
But knee pain prevents them from training properly.
And they could be way fitter if they had a way to heal their knee pain.
If you're this person, I'd love to show you a more detailed plan to heal your knee pain.
There is no cost upfront.
And unless you can run a 5k with no knee pain after 4 weeks, you do not pay.
DM me "Swift" for more details.
It's very common for people to have a running program that they never follow.
Running programs are easy to get. Just search online and 1000s will pop up.
But very few people ever try one of these programs and even fewer stick to them.
I too have tried a lot of running programs.
And failed at sticking to them.
And the reason why is simple.
The program didn't fit me.
It was created by someone who didn't know me, my level of fitness or my daily life.
But once I personalized a program to myself it was second nature to follow through with it.
Because the program fit into my life.
Instead of me having to fit my life to the program.
