Mental Health needs investment not tagging the mentally challenged as filt makers. In our opinion this respected news paper should have captured what we need to do for the mentally challenged. But not labeling them as making the city of Accra dirty.

Caution!!!!!!!
Mental Health needs massive investment. I've been thinking about how my government in Ghana is willing to invest huge sums of money into building of national cathedral. But one of the fundamental issues of the people's health is neglected.
