It isn’t hatred, but an awareness of one slight after another that continues to be a pattern for the Indian diaspora.
Ex: A local convenience store next to my home changed ownership recently and was bought by an Indian owner. A store that I usually stopped at 4X a week; whether on the way to work or on my way home.
For ten years, the staff and manager remained practically the same. I knew the morning clerk’s father retired in the area after his military service and that she grew up here. That her daughter went to the same school she attended, and that her sports team was fundraising to take a group trip to Japan. I contributed to her efforts.
I also knew the store manager, and that his dad died this year. Mine did as well. We talked about the numerous things a son has to take care of after a parent dies. The other shift workers had ties to the region and family.
These weren’t just nameless, faceless gas station clerks constantly on a Bluetooth call to the homeland. They were part of the community. People I felt a connection to as fellow Americans.
Went into the store yesterday. A short, polite Indian was behind the counter. I asked where the regular afternoon clerk was.
Fired.
Where was the old manager?
Fired.
"Everyone fired?”, I asked. Yes, all replaced by his co-ethnics he says.
Now, some will use sophist rhetoric about how businesses change hands, employees are let go, just a part of the economic process, etc. Explain away, I don't really care. All I see is a colonizing, locust mentality treating my nation and my people like expendable economic meat widgets. A group of extreme in-group preference, nepotistic Izzat culture.
So no, I don’t hate anyone. But I also don’t see one good thing about this diaspora if this is the result of their behavior. A reckoning is long overdue.
Why the fuck are Indians hated so much? What have they done to deserve this level of hatred?
Have Indians promoted terrorism? Have they colonized your countries? Enslaved your people? Stolen your homes? Taken away your families? Kidnapped your children? What exactly have millions of ordinary Indians done to deserve this much racism and hostility?
Is it because they're educated, intelligent, ambitious, hardworking, and competing for the same jobs as you? Since when did intelligence and ambition become crimes? Since when did working hard to build a better life become a reason to be hated?
If your problem is job displacement, then why aren't you directing the same anger toward artificial intelligence?
Why not question AI? Why not question ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Anthropic, OpenAI?
AI has the potential to displace far more jobs than Indian immigrants ever could. Yet somehow, the Indian engineer, the Indian student, the Indian doctor, and the Indian worker become your enemies.
Why? Because it's easier to target a human being with a different skin colour or accent than to confront the actual economic forces changing your world?
And understand one thing clearly.
If an Indian refuses to engage with your racism, if they ignore your insults, if they choose not to respond to your hatred, it doesn't mean they lack a spine.
It means your hatred isn't worth their time.
Indians don't owe you an apology for being educated, ambitious, hardworking, successful, or simply existing.
Being Indian is not a crime. Being successful is not a crime. And your insecurity is not a justification for racism.

“I voted for your enemy out of racial solidarity with a foreign people, I’m just as American as you”
I just cast my ballot for James Talarico.
As a second-generation Indian American, I am thoroughly disgusted by the xenophobia, racial resentment, and increasingly brazen attacks on my identity. My family has contributed to the American story through hard work, sacrifice, and an unwavering belief in the opportunities this nation promises. I am every bit as American as anyone else, and I will not tolerate being treated as a perpetual foreigner in the country I call home.
I implore every eligible Texan to get out and vote. This election is about the kind of state and country we are prepared to defend—and the principles we refuse to surrender.

I assume the goal of this video is to make Amish culture seem foolish, given this girl’s slight speech impediment and awkward mannerisms, but what exactly is the problem here? There’s no promiscuity or baby killing or digital prostitution; I’m supposed to think that’s bad?

This exact situation has happened to my family in Panama. Aunt is the daughter of a “well known (former) Panamanian politician”, life long Panamanian, her compound next door to father of current “Panamanian politician”, well established in Panamanian society. Built 2 haus compound next door for Her daughters (my cousins), Panamanian federal police (with Uzis) patrolling 24/7 the tiny 10 compound gated community (with 24/hr gate guard), hired off duty federal police (still w/ Uzis) inside their 2 haus compound.
None of it mattered. One humid night right after dark in 2012 when the global financial crisis finally made its way to Panama, all the police decided to become busy with other things and the compound guards disappeared, armed men kicked their doors in, beat and pistol whipped them, tied them to the pipes under the bathroom sinks and stole everything even down to the fixtures, staying at it till sun up. Locked in back bathrooms with no way of communicating, they were there for 4 more days before my Aunt’s maid found them while she was getting the big house ready for my Aunt’s return from the US the next day. Who knows how long they could’ve been there otherwise. Thankfully they were just robbed and not worse
Nobody else in the community got robbed, just them, coincidently they just happened to be the only two that were white.
It doesn’t matter how plugged in you are, how hooked up you are or how well protected you are, as soon as any amount of hardship hits these places, you are just a foreigner. You’re just food

Your name is Jean-Marc, you’re 46, and you run a video game and collectibles shop in Nice, wedged between an optician and a real estate agency selling 1-bed flats for €410,000 “with sea view” if you lean far enough off the balcony.
You know every GTA San Andreas cheat by heart. You tested all of them in 2005 on the PS2 in your bedroom at your mum’s place.
You opened in 2011 with a state-backed loan at 4.7%, and the naive belief that passion eventually pays.
It did pay, sort of. €1,900 a month in a good year, after the French tax office has eaten first, second and third. Your commercial rent is indexed on a formula nobody in the Republic actually understands.
You sell Funko Pops at €17.99, sealed Pokémon cards, refurbished controllers. You let little Enzo, 12, pay in installments because he’s saving for a Switch 2. You close at 7:30pm and walk home because the harbor parking is €3.40 an hour.
Saturday, there’s a protest “against the cost of living.”
You also think living costs too much. You almost went.
At 5:12pm, your metal shutter gets ripped open with a crowbar.
Forty teenagers in tracksuits and crossbody bags walk into your shop like it’s a bonus level. They take the PS5s, the Dragon Ball figures, the till with today’s €280 and even the box of paper bags that say “thank you for your visit.”
A guy in a floral shirt films it vertically for TikTok.
You step outside and say “stop, this is my shop.”
You get hit from behind.
Then rocks.
They laugh. Floral shirt guy is thrilled: good angle, good lighting.
Sunday morning, the police tell you there are “1,400 arrests nationwide” and they won’t send a squad for some Funko Pops. Filing the complaint takes 2 hours 40. The officer types with two fingers on Windows 7.
Monday noon, your insurer reminds you that your €1,140-a-year policy has a €3,000 deductible and a “riots and civil commotion” exclusion on page 31, font size 6.
Saturday night, an MP explains on TV that “the anger is legitimate” and we “shouldn’t cry over shop windows.” He’s never owned a shop window. He has a state-funded apartment.
Sunday, your limited edition Vegeta figures show up on Vinted. “Brand new, never opened, €39, pickup in North Nice.”
The seller has 4.9 stars.
Monday, the tax office emails you. They haven’t heard about the riots. They’ve heard about your payment deadline.
You did everything right, Jean-Marc. That was never the problem.
The problem is you were playing by the rules in a lobby where nobody else does.
So stop believing in the State. It’s not coming to save you. It’s coming to collect.
Stop voting. Every five years they hand you the controller, and it’s never plugged in.
Go to the gym. Not for revenge. For you. Because when the system folds, the only asset nobody can loot is the one you built under a barbell.
And make money they can’t see. Cash, side hustles, sats on a cold wallet in a sock drawer. Not your keys, not your coins. Not your shop, not your loss.
Fuck the system, Jean-Marc.
It already did it to you first.

I don’t have any French heritage but watching these videos makes me feel very sad. Europe, broadly, has given the migrants everything they could possibly want. In return, they’re routinely murdered violently and their cities are torched. These people are simply animals.

Progressives love trotting out ole' Ronny when needed, don't they?
"In his final speech as president, Ronald Reagan emphasized the essential role of immigration in American greatness. “We lead the world because, unique among nations, we draw our people — our strength — from every country and every corner of the world,” he said. Reagan cited a letter he’d received about how one can’t simply move to France and become a Frenchman or move to Japan and become Japanese. “But anyone, from any corner of the Earth, can come to live in America and become an American,” he said."
