The audience is invited to sit under the festoon lights to watch and listen to the dreamtime / creation stories of the Gulf Country being re-enacted and kept alive for future story tellers. In this image, old Dinah Norman, a Yanyuwa Elder, is passing on traditional song to Nancy McDinny who is the next generation of traditional singers in Borroloola. They are singing the song about a dugong hunter, who jumps out of the water and shakes the water off, before getting back into a canoe!
