Ok how do I watch the game then. Paid £15 for a full pre-season pass last game, that didn’t work and they put the game on YouTube instead. Not seeing a live stream in the app…is it on YouTube again?

They got our money, why would @Arsenal care after that? It's been years of constant problems with their app, website and streaming services, nothing ever gets fixed. Some lead engineer on that team is just raking in the cash on zero competence.

Honestly the most frustrating thing about the stream not working is the complete lack of accountability from the club. People have told you it's down completely. Apps, website. But you still ignore us. We paid for this. The least you can do is apologise
