Some of the most meaningful impact stories don’t come in reports. They arrive in handwritten notes. These letters from students of Army Goodwill School, Wuzur remind us that education is not just about learning, it is about nurturing confidence, curiosity, and the courage to dream bigger. Through every opportunity, interaction, and word of encouragement, young minds discover what’s possible. A heartfelt thank you to the students for sharing their thoughts and feelings with us. Your words inspire us to continue working towards creating opportunities that help every child learn, grow, and thrive. #BhartiAirtelFoundation #EducationForAll #StudentVoices #ImpactThatMatters #TransformingLivesThroughEducation

10 Years of Strengthening Schools, Shaping Futures A school is more than a place of learning. It is where confidence is nurtured, curiosity is encouraged, and aspirations take flight. For the past decade, the partnership between Bharti Airtel Foundation and HQ Northern Command has been working to strengthen Army Goodwill Schools across Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, creating opportunities for children to learn, grow, and thrive. What began in 2016 as a journey towards greater standardisation and school improvement has evolved into a comprehensive effort focused on leadership development, teacher capacity building, technology integration, innovation, career guidance, and student empowerment. Today, the initiative spans 43 Army Goodwill Schools, reaching 16,670 students and 785 teachers. From fostering foundational learning and innovation to enabling career readiness and continuous professional development, the impact continues to grow. As we celebrate 10 years of partnership and progress, we remain committed to ensuring that every child has the confidence, capabilities, exposure, and opportunities to build a brighter future. 🎥 Watch the video to see how this journey of transformation has unfolded over the years. @NorthernComd_IA | @ChinarcorpsIA #BhartiAirtelFoundation #ArmyGoodwillSchools #Education #TransformingEducation #TeacherDevelopment #StudentEmpowerment #InnovationInEducation #JammuAndKashmir #Ladakh #10YearsOfImpact #LearningForLife #PartnershipForProgress
