Today, we join Armenian communities in Canada and around the world in commemorating Armenian Genocide Memorial Day.
We honour those who endured unimaginable suffering during this dark chapter in history. Through our remembrance, we commit to vigilance — so that such atrocities are never repeated.
I finally joined Threads, and it has been everything Twitter used to be before it turned into X 🥲. I feel whole again knowing I can post my thoughts somewhere. If you need me I'll be on Threads.
Tonight has been a wild night in the NBA. Almost every game has been a close one, with last minute game determining fouls. Wow.
All of Toronto is taking a day off tomorrow because they stayed up until 3am #WorldSeries

Do not watch Perfect Neighbor on Netflix, because your heart will break and you will cry.
I can't believe they put all that raw footage in the documentary. Those poor babies will have to relive that horrific moment if they watch the documentary 😭
I wonder what the tomb of an Armenian King would be doing in the mountains of Turkey... 🤔
A team of archaeologists working in the mountains of Turkey has uncovered a tomb believed to belong to Ashot I Kuropalates, also known as Ashot the Great, who had Armenian origins from the Bagratuni dynasty. The discovery was made beneath the ruins of the Church of Saints Peter and Paul, located within the fortress of Gevhernig.
The tomb, estimated to be around 1,200 years old, is thought to date back to the reign of King Ashot the Great, who ruled in the 8th century. He played a pivotal role in Georgian history by uniting several principalities and laying the foundations of the Kingdom of Kakheti.
The archaeologists uncovered a vaulted stone chamber measuring approximately two meters long and 1.8 meters wide — remarkably well-preserved and sealed since the Middle Ages. However, no human remains, artifacts, or royal insignia were found inside. Researchers plan to continue their excavations to learn more about the site’s origins and historical significance.
An epiphany I had on my latest trip is that when we travel, we are not running away from reality but rather we are running to it. Our everyday routine at home often feels like a simulation. When we travel we feel the most alive because we are stripped away from the simulation.
First day back to work after spending the last two weeks travelling and experiencing total bliss. Today is not going to suck, it's just going to motivate me to start planning my next trip.
Most people would book therapy after experiencing the tough year that I did. Instead, I booked a last minute solo trip to Italy with no solid plan. Spent time self reflecting, resetting, and awakening spiritually. I feel my soul healing. I can see my own spark again✨
