Since I am getting an influx of a bunch of new followers, I thought I’d do a little formal introduction of myself:
I’m Armed Educator and I am a Public School teacher in Austin, TX who is a strong supporter of the second amendment. The right to keep and bear arms is a natural right that exists even if the Founders never wrote the second amendment.
Students all across the nation are being taught that rights are given by the government, when in reality, we have these rights because we are living, breathing human beings. I aim to fix that - at least in my community.
I do not push my beliefs on the second amendment on any of my students, but I aim to show how reasons why the Founders structured our constitution the way that they did.
I believe that teachers and staff who have obtained a License to Carry should be allowed to carry on campus. I carry 90% of the time that I am out in public, why can’t I carry in my place of work?
I also believe that any attempt to disarm any peaceable person should be resisted on all fronts possible. When I say “any” I mean ANY. Even people from different races, religions, sexual orientations, etc. Either we all have the RTKABA or none of us do.

For the unions thing, I’m fine if they exist, but I mostly think they are retarded. They do have the potential to be an agent for good though.
The only exception to the rule is in the public sector. Public employees shouldn’t be allowed to unionize.

ATF Releases NFA guidance in response to the Texas NFA lawsuit:
"Effective October 9, 2026, ATF will no longer require individuals to seek ATF approval under the NFA before making or transferring short-barreled rifles, short-barreled shotguns, silencers, and “any other weapon[s]” as defined in 26 U.S.C. § 5845(e). ATF will also no longer require such items to be registered in the National Firearms Registration and Transfer Record. These policies apply uniformly to anyone otherwise subject to these requirements, not just to the plaintiffs in the litigation."

A court just struck down background check and registration requirements for silencers, short-barreled rifles & shotguns because Trump and Congressional Republicans slashed proven safeguards. They would rather enrich their gun industry CEO campaign donors than keep Americans safe.

The ruling does not strike down nor otherwise eliminate background checks for NFA items such as suppressors; this has been acknowledged by reps of the Giffords organization themselves in news interviews given since the ruling. Only NFA specific registration forms are impacted.
