Turkish Ambassador to #Somalia Ferhat Alkan has visited #Mogadishu’s Aden Adde International Airport, operated by Turkish company Favori LLC, alongside Süleyman Kozuva, chairman of the Kozuva Group of Companies. Ukraine’s State Emergency Service said on Monday that one person was killed and eight others were injured in a Russian ballistic missile attack on Kyiv overnight. The aftermath of the strikes was reported in at least three districts of the capital, it said in a statement. In the Desnianskyi district, a metro station was damaged, it said, adding that a body was recovered at the scene of a fire that broke out during the attack.

At least 11 people were killed and five injured in an attack by the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) on a displacement camp in #Sudan’s western Darfur region, a government official said Sunday. Babiker Hamdeen, the health and social welfare minister in the Darfur Regional Government, said the attack took place Saturday in the Hajar Sanakit area of Sirba locality in West Darfur state, according to Sudan’s state news agency SUNA. Russian President Vladimir Putin has proposed a trilateral meeting next month with US President Donald Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping to discuss the war in Ukraine and seek an end to the conflict on terms favorable to Moscow, The Wall Street Journal reported.
