I have never cried in my life like the day Al-Fashir fell. It was meant to be a humiliation of Sudan, the UAE pulled out of "peace talks" in the US and our lines of communication with the city were lost. Soon enough we began seeing the executions and bodies. Pure death. But the last moments of heroic resistance - injured and with low ammo, yet still with the smile of victory on their faces - were meant as a beacon to turn that despair into a decisive commitment. An entire nation made its mind up: We will never be stepped on again. The last stand of Al-Fashir is the fertile ground from which a new Sudan rises.

I don't typically do podcasts due to my work and research schedule, but when Sh. @sajidumar asks he can't be refused. May Allah reward him and our gracious brother @umersuleman for hosting me on the Living Ink podcast.

Guys, this is what a coward and a larper looks like. He doesn't even know @Allahyari5 used to TRANSLATE the works of new mystics. Had @HadiTbzi watched the Ibn Arabi series in Farsi Allahyari did 10 years ago he wouldn't be talking like this 😂😂😂 keep running from Allahyari.
Replying to @Haqiqatjou
@Haqiqatjou and @Allahyari5 have a debate. Daniel resorts to Academia to disprove Shi'i epistemology while ignoring what Academia says about core tenants of Sunni beliefs. Hassan Allahyari, in turn, couldn't answer straight forward questions and resorted to what he does best, cheap polemics.
Aftern the debate, Daniel issues a challenge to a debate with an Usuli Shia, realizing Hassan doesn't represent mainstream Shi'ism due to his history of cursing Shi'i Ulama on live television. I respond to Daniel's post, accepting his challenge with respect and an open mind.
The Result?
I wake up this morning to Hassan Allahyari chucking another one of his tantrums, this time against Irfaan and Islamic Philosophy, and an ill-mannered invitation to a debate.
Hassan, I criticised your handling of historical evidence. You responded by reading my bio and declaring war on philosophy.
Daniel made the debate epistemic: how do you establish that your sources are reliable? You resorted to outdated polemics that assumed the very authority being questioned. You couldn’t track the argument then, and your recent posts suggest you still can’t.
Maybe if you hadn’t skipped over irfaan, you would’ve learned some manners.
I support Allahyari on this.
What a joke! Is this guy for real?
Why doesn't he have a discussion with me so I can expose the sham and fraud of "Islamic philosophy," "metaphysics," "mysticism," and "irfan"? I doubt he has any idea what hell these things are. Nothing more stupid in the world than "Islamic philosophy", "mysticism" while claiming to be a Shi'a.

I’ve had the opportunity to view NAZA, the investigative documentary by Yuval Abraham and Rachel Szor.
Much has already been written about it, so I’ll limit myself to one comment:
In 1979 Edward W. Said published his seminal essay, “Zionism from the Standpoint of Its Victims”. I think NAZA is best described as “Zionism from the Standpoint of Its Perpetrators".
If there is one documentary that encapsulates how Zionism relates to Palestinians, as individuals and as a people, this is it.

Orthodox Rabbi reacts to Ben Shapiro's Noahide Laws controversy by saying Shapiro "should have" encouraged Christians to abandon Christianity, as there's "nothing wrong" with "being a Noahide."
"Why is it so bad?! Be a Noahide!" Rabbi Yonatan Dorfman says.
"We Jews do not want Christians to be more Christian," he says, pushing back on Shapiro. "We don't believe Christianity to be the right religion."
"In fact, according to a lot of medieval commentators, Jewish commentators, Christianity is idolatry, if not incredibly close to it. We don't think that we believe in the same God."
