This is something I wanted to write down, as I occasionally receive the kind and appreciated inquiries regarding merchandise production, despite my artwork being so lacking. For non-commercial purposes, as long as it is for free distribution in accordance with HLE's guidelines, personal collection, or personal use for items you intend to use by yourself, you do not need to ask me individually for permission. I would appreciate it if you could credit me directly on the merchandise itself, if possible. If that is difficult, please at least mention me on the page related to its distribution. However, even if the purpose is non-commercial, please do not use my artwork if monetary transactions are necessary to recover the production costs. I will attach a separate link to this notice in my profile section. Since I still know very little about fan merchandise production, if you think there is anything problematic about the policy I have set, I would appreciate it if you could kindly educate me through DMs or mentions.
