You just arrived before the confirmation did. Most people are waiting for some version of permission that is never coming. Waiting to be chosen, waiting to be invited, waiting until the credentials stack up enough that wanting it finally feels reasonable. And while they wait, someone with half the ability and twice the audacity takes the thing. Not because they were better. Because they went. Back yourself before anyone else does. It’s not delusion.
