Well, this is my advice to young Architects and interns who are just finding their way into our ever-noble profession... Don't give up and say that because AI and technology have advanced so much, the profession is done. No, we are not done; in short, we are just starting and entering a new, more technically demanding phase that requires your youthful energy and brain. Without you, AI and other technologies would fail and become useless because they need fresh minds to use them and get the best out of them. Do not use AI innovation as an excuse to become lazy (this is one of the common challenges of this new generation). Don't join those who use technological advancements as an excuse not to work hard, and don't expect things to fall into your hands for free; you'll need to work hard for them. Don't be distracted; stay focused. Don't chase everything; chase a few things, keep probing where you can provide the most value, and double down. Learn, work hard and even harder. Have mentors, know people, interact, attend professional events, meet new people within your industry, and collaborate. Invest in knowledge acquisition, and try to be humble and avoid burning bridges so you have someone to run to. Be selfless and useful. Offer to help others and they'll come through for you too. The future is yours, you'll make a killing if you work hard regardless of what you do as far as you work harder. Wishing you all success in all your endeavours. You could also dm me if you need any help(not monetary). Thanks

노르웨이 건축가 스노헤타가 디자인한 글래스하우스 시어터….안에는 못들어가봐서 모르겠지만 외부만 보았을때는 스노헤타의 명성에는 조금 못미치지 않나 하고 생각….

The first board for if the project is for the city.... The last 3 for if the project is a country home or resort.... That's how I'll personally would apply this. Great board nonetheless. Yet depends on clients choice.

Designed by Kengo Kuma and Associates, The Nest of Saint Francis is a 15 m² pavilion in Italy conceived as a space for meditation, contemplation, and dialogue. Inspired by the Franciscan relationship with nature, the project transforms the archetype of a nest, a place of shelter, protection, and care, into an intimate architectural space.

There was some argument about what is a WINDOW, what qualifies as one and what doesn't. This is a THREAD explaining what qualifies as one and whether a fixed glass can be referred to as a window. Follow through... #window #fenestration #architecture

You'll think this scale if fees is too high until you're a consultant of a United Nations or United state consulate project.... Then you'll realize how much of protection this scale of fees offers everyone of us.
Replying to @Paul_cryptz
Yes, that's true. The fees as at today as stated by ARCON is here below.
