Ultra Street Fighter II rc3 is out, with a big round of fixes.
Violent Ken's meter, six-hit sequence and dash trails. Evil Ryu's Demon finish. Corrected portraits and colors. Ryu's intro fireball. New Evil Ryu and Violent Ken ending music on MiSTer.

Also in rc3: Evil Ryu and Violent Ken in Random select, CPU opponents and attract mode after endings, stage background gaps filled in, a faster title entrance, and USA XCI support in setup.
