Heck yes you have to try this demo!!! If you have any love at all for pinball games with a twist, this is for you. Superb cross-over between pinball and a shootemup, with great roguelite progression. Only about a gig to download. Give it a try and then put it on your wishlist.

In Appulse, shuttles provide offensive, defensive and even equipment benefits and will be an integral part of your strategy. To get their rewards, you have to be fast and complete their mission between enemy waves.

Recommended 8.8 hrs on record (4.9 hrs at review time) Honestly was not expecting this demo to hit as hard as it did. Sounds and visuals are crips. Fun take on the pinball genre. "Skill" system seems a little easy to max, but the small roguelite options are a nice edition. Never been one to gravitate towards this style of game, I was surprisingly glad for the recommendation to try it. Staying on my wishlist and look forward to its release so I can keep on with the journey.

Every ship has an Ejection Canon. This is how you travel to shuttles that you can unlock in the Space Station Menu. Familiarise yourself with its location, when you leave the skirmish of the demo & head into front lines of the full game you'll use this regularly.
