My controversial cricket opinion is that loads more of those should be given not out than they are. You can have your fingers under the ball and the ball can be touching the ground at the same time
Speed up reviews in cricket by on-field umpire saying why they gave not out, and that gets checked first. So if pitching 6inches outside leg no need to check ultra-edge first
