Blackpool missed out on safety by 1 point that season. Man City took 6 points off them at a time when they had players on the pitch that they shouldn't have been able to afford and a manager who was on a dual contract to get him to the club... So, yes, City are likely culpable for Blackpool's relegation that season.

Yeah he was managing Blackpool at the time. Owned by the Oyston family.... Who took every singlr penny out of the club and into their own pockets, whilst the club and the infrastructure fell to bits But yeah, blackpools failings were because of city's "bad owners" ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚
