And I would also like to thank all of my readers who looked forward to my updates every Monday.
Thank you for enjoying "Ascendance of a Bookworm."

Thank you so much to the translator, Mr. Qouf(@Mr_Quof).
Without your careful translation, we wouldn't have been able to draw so many English-speaking readers into the world of the story.
I think you're the best translator.
Thank you so much.

I thought I'd received a lot of comments in English, and then I discovered that the English translation of the main story was finished today.
This is the first time I've seen an announcement that a translated version is complete.

I made an actual attempt to deal with "boku" in Marulk's Daily Life, a Made in Abyss spinoff.

Here's how I handled Marulk using the normally masculine first-person pronoun "boku" in Marulk's Daily Life. (Marulk's gender is never confirmed, but is heavily hinted they were AMAB.)
【マルルク】ボク、マルルクです。
【ナット】ボク?男みたいな言い方すんだな。

Kiminonawa/Your Name went with this approach and I cannot fathom why. I try not to critique specific translations as good/bad but I really struggle with this one.
