Sunday Silly Question. Anyone use a Low Pass & High Pass Filter on thier Arrow II or Elk? If so, details please. Using my IC-2730, duplexor/diplexer & Arrow, no desense issues of course. 2 HTs & the Arrow, I get desense on the RX HT. Thinking filters will fix that.

Satellite operators, what size battery are you using for portable ops? I've been using my IC-2730a for portable work, using my truck for power. It's a pain at times. I did the math & a 6-8Ah should be plenty just for working passes. #FMsats #hamradio #satops #AMSAT #portable

Day 1 of @arrl #SchoolClubRoundup. We only had two participating today, but even more planned for tomorrow. Ran the FT-891 out of my Jeep today with the ATAS-120. Tomorrow the club is bringing an RV.
