Throughout my sporting career, I questioned my coaches, challenged ideas and remained curious. Not because I lacked respect but because I wanted to understand, learn and get better. I worry that when athletes feel they cannot speak freely, something far more troubling happens over time. They slowly stop questioning even in their own minds. And when that happens we loose something essential to sporting excellence. We need athletes who question their own work, their coaches, the methods recommended to them and the structures they operate within. Not out of defiance but out of a genuine desire to improve. What some might consider indiscipline may, in fact, be essential to growth. There is a difference between an athlete who refuses to learn and one who refuses to stop asking questions. Sport must be wise enough to recognise that difference.

Student protesters in Pune celebrate their victory following the resignation of MPSC Chairman Vivek Bhimanwar amid the competitive exam paper leak controversy.

Tukaram Mundhe has been put in charge of the panel to overhaul the MPSC after students protested in Pune.
Perhaps we need to protest in Delhi to bring him to the Election Commission of India. Suna hai there might be an opening here soon ...

Join Rahul Gandhi’s morcha to Supreme Court tomorrow. Stop manipulative politics, fight like Neha Bora.
Tomorrow at 10AM, me, @SauravDassss, @whattalawyer and other CJP leaders will go to Parliamentary Street Police Station to get a date for a peaceful protest at Jantar Mantar.
@DelhiPolice can give us a date for Jantar Mantar in 24 hours, or we will give another protest call ourselves.

"Come walk with us. It doesn't matter what your affiliation is, as long as you're affiliated with the Constitution." Is this generous and accommodating enough for the eternal critics of the Congress?
Yesterday, the nation's young came out in Delhi to peacefully protest. They came with love in their hearts, not hatred or anger. They were beaten, both by cops and BJP goons.
This is not the India we want.
Tomorrow, we will march to the Supreme Court as Indians, united beyond party, gender, caste, community and state.
Youth, all opposition parties, civil society groups, all those who believe in democracy and stand by the Constitution of India, will walk with us.
We will submit a memorandum to the Chief Justice on behalf of the nation, demanding an end to vote chori, halting of SIR and the resignation of Gyanesh Kumar.
Narendra Modi, Amit Shah, Ajit Doval and Mohan Bhagwat cannot silence India's voice. These cowards cannot intimidate us. They will have to step aside.
We will march together, with love, brotherhood and patriotism.
Daro mat.
Tomorrow, all of India will march to the Supreme Court.

These gimmicks in 2026. You people think everyone was born after 2014 or forgot everything before that.
Only because it’s India.
People call the Prime Minister a coward and walk away. Protesters openly mock the police and walk away.
I am not against protests. People have every right to oppose unfair policies, question those in power, and demand justice.
But freedom to protest should not mean freedom from accountability. Democracy gives us the right to question authority, but it also demands respect for the law. That balance matters.
