Thank you @NMMConline @NMMCCommr @CIDCO_Ltd for making Navi Mumbai so damn UNBREATHABLE… As a citizen of India I have a fundamental right to breathe clean air.. Article 21 guarantees the Right to Life, which includes the right to a clean and healthy environment. I am not asking for a favour. I am demanding my CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT.. @NMMConline @NMMCCommr @CIDCO_Ltd

मुझे भी बार बार याद दिलाना पड़ता है कि मैं Direct Tax भी भरती हूँ और Indirect Tax भी। उसके बावजूद मुझे अच्छी सड़कें नहीं मिलतीं .. बेहतर public facilities नहीं मिलतीं.. और सबसे ज़रूरी, साँस लेने के लिए स्वच्छ हवा तक नहीं मिलती.. हर तरफ pollution धूल और प्रदूषित हवा है.. क्या एक टैक्सपेयर को अपने ही टैक्स के पैसे से मिलने वाली बसुविधाओं के लिए भी बार बार सरकार को याद दिलाना पड़ेगा??? Tax relief कोई एहसान नहीं है..

tax relief is not a personal favour to taxpayers.. It is taxpayers hard earned money tht helps run this country. From infrastructure to welfare schemes.. public expenditure is funded substantially through taxes paid by citizens.. Income tax relief up to 12 lakh is a policy decision not charity.. “Jo mila woh hazam, aisa nahi chalta hai” but why shd taxpayers be made to feel indebted for tax relief? We pay taxes and contribute to nation building and have every right to question how the money is utilised?? Taxpayers deserve respect not reminders to be grateful.. @PMOIndia @FinMinIndia

Mumbai and Navi Mumbai are struggling with air pollution.. I request Hon' FM @nsitharaman to consider a special GST concession on air purifiers for citizens living in pollution affected cities.. Why should citizens bear the additional financial burden of deteriorating air quality when controlling pollution is the responsibility of our authorities? Clean air is a basic necessity and not luxury...

WHO AUDITS THE AUDITORS? eMudhra is widely known for Digital Signature Certificates (DSCs) used in GST, Income Tax, ROC/MCA filings, e-tendering and other statutory compliances. 8 intermediate certificates in its global SSL/TLS infrastructure have been found with extremely weak cryptographic private keys. As clarified by CERT-In Indian DSC and eSign services remain unaffected as they operate on separate infrastructure. The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology constituted a special investigation team on 21 Oct 2026 to examine the incident. While financial losses from the security lapse remain unquantified the larger question is: How did such a fundamental cryptographic weakness go undetected despite independent security WHO IS AUDITING THE AUDITORS?

SBI DATA BREACH ALLEGATIONS.. WHERE IS THE OFFICIAL CLARIFICATION? A hacker group reportedly claims access to 3.75 lakh SBI-related data records and 2,722 documents containing sensitive customer information. The claims remain unverified… When public trust and financial data are at stake silence only creates uncertainty… SBI should issue a clear public statement confirming or denying these allegations..

Everyone is talking about the Jio IPO… Price Band, GMP, listing gains, employee discounts, shareholder quota… But hardly anyone is discussing the UTILISATION OF IPO PROCEEDS. As disclosed in the RHP 27500 crore is earmarked for prepayment of existing borrowings of Reliance Jio Infocomm... Debt repayment isnt necessarily bad.. But when the Co is reporting substantial profits.. shouldn't investors also question why fresh public equity is being raised to repay existing loans??? How much is going towards future expansion?? Read the RHP before the GMP...

Whats the point of filing MEF year after year if Statutory Bank Branch Audit opportunities keep shrinking?? IBA nw recommends reducing branch audit coverage to 50% and moving towards centralisation. What happens to small & mid-sized CA firms?? Will audit opportunities gradually become concentrated among larger firms? And how are young CAs supposed to gain bank audit experience? Are we strengthening the audit system or slowly eliminating smaller practitioners??
