Trump's head of FEMA just told states to prepare to handle disasters on their own.
The Trump admin's disaster chief told state officials they must increase their financial reserves and emergency capabilities to handle most disasters on their own — without federal help. politico.com/news/2026/10/20…

Trump and J.D. Vance are out here pretending to care about "cracking down on fraud" because they're trying to make you forget that Donald Trump has pardoned over 70 individuals convicted of defrauding the American taxpayer of over 1.6 billion dollars

Trump has thrown in the towel, given up. He no longer wants to pretend to be President. His speeches are rehashed nonsense. He just wants to talk about vanity projects. He lets his mind wander, in public, to homoerotic fantasies. He isn’t hiding his allegiance to Putin and his abandonment of America and her friends. His scams are all exposed. He is a sick, tired, old queen who can’t keep the mask on. But, he’s still very dangerous because the more he can hurt others, the better he feels.

Europe needs to wreck the US defense industry.
Buy 100% European. Develop your own tech.
Do not buy American.
Make the US pay for its treachery.

Wow, the US truly has the most incompetent president in history.
Just listening to how clueless this man is, it’s no wonder we have been humiliated in Iran.
Trump: “The Russians had a thousand tanks riding up a concrete highway. They would have been in Ukraine in four hours, going maximum tank speed, which is 48 miles an hour, to be exact. Nothing to stop them. The war would have been over in one day. And this very stupid general - I have no idea who he is. I doubt he’s still with us. I doubt he’s still living. He decided to hang a right onto the farmland and then take a left and go up to Kyiv, rather than staying on the highway - the concrete highway, perfectly good highway - where they were doing very nicely. It would have been three and a half, four hours, and the whole war would have ended. He ended up getting stuck in the mud.”
Does he understand that Ukrainian troops destroyed all the bridges and cut off the retreat points, so the only option left was to go off the highway? I mean, if you have the IQ of a 10-year-old child, you should be able to get it.
I am honestly shocked at the basic level of ignorance. And this is the man who is in charge of the US Army.

The Wall Street Journal reports Elon Musk was the one who ordered the Starshield speed limit that harmed the life-saving work of Ukrainian defenders.
Musk did this to help the russian fascist invaders kill more Ukrainian civilians with jet-powered attack drones.

Text this to the friend who says nothing can be done about the Supreme Court:
"Congress can impeach a chief justice. It takes a simple majority in the House. John Roberts gave presidents immunity. That's reason enough."
Then send the letter yourself.

A new poll says 70% of Americans doubt that Trump will accept the election results if Republicans lose in November.
Too many Americans fought and died for democracy.
Trump’s authoritarianism will not prevail.
Go vote. We WILL win this election whether Trump likes it or not.

A security vulnerability doesn't require malicious code or a hidden backdoor.
Sometimes the vulnerability is the ability to turn the system off.
Ukraine just learned that. Every U.S. ally is watching.
During my time at the National Security Council, my colleagues and I worked to persuade European allies to reject Huawei’s 5G technology. The concern was not simply that Huawei was a Chinese company, or that we distrusted Beijing. It was that telecommunications infrastructure is foundational to modern society and national defense. Whoever controls critical components of that infrastructure may possess capabilities that extend far beyond the product being sold.
A compromised telecommunications network can expose sensitive information, facilitate surveillance, disrupt communications, or create opportunities to manipulate systems. Remote access, software updates, and privileged administrative controls can become vulnerabilities if a supplier—or the government capable of compelling that supplier—chooses to exploit them.

1/ I think I may know why Trump went on a rant about killing leakers. He thinks the DOJ may deliver to Judge Sullivan the FBI's handwritten notes of the interview of a 13 year-old rape victim describing Trump's rape and brutal battery.

Donald Trump canceled his scheduled Oct. 16 deposition in his lawsuit against the BBC because of "matters of national importance."
The BBC alerts the judge that those matters were: a rally in Dalton, Ga. and a fundraiser at Mar-a-Lago.

ALT The BBC submits this Notice to raise newly available information regarding the “matters of national importance” that Plaintiff claimed kept him from his scheduled deposition. As the BBC now knows, on October 16, Plaintiff attended and addressed a campaign rally in Dalton, Georgia, alongside Plaintiff’s favored candidates in Georgia’s upcoming U.S. Senate and gubernatorial elections. Plaintiff subsequently traveled to his resort club and residence at Mar-a-Lago for a Republican National Committee fundraising event.
