Race is based off looks. Ethnicity and culture is based off a shared history, ideas, traditions, belief and practices. Lil Wayne and burna boy may look similar but they don’t share the same ethnicity and culture. By not publishing it we can only come to the conclusion that the William pic to the hospital, the pic with Andrew in car, the other 'they were spotted ' pics have all been set up and approved by the RF. Media merely a PR arm for the palace.
