The bag was cleared without objection at the check-in counter by SpiceJet staff. He was calm, respectful—and in a rush to see his family. But the real trouble began at the boarding gate. Suddenly, a group of 4–5 SpiceJet ground staff confronted him aggressively. They questioned the bag weight that was already cleared earlier. It wasn’t about the bag. It was about intimidation. The officer explained his situation—he was on urgent personal leave. He even tried to lighten the bag, removing and discarding his own clothes. Instead of helping, staff mocked him. One even said: “Aaj army wala fansa hai.” Disrespectful. Shameful. Unprovoked. He politely asked to speak with a senior staff member. Request denied. Instead, they shut the boarding gate in his face—while he was still reasoning. At that moment, their attitude turned more aggressive. He was surrounded. Outnumbered. Provoked.
