One of the best skills a lawyer can develop is quickly identifying clients who will not be happy no matter how good of result the lawyer obtains and then not representing those clients. That client will wear out you, your staff & potentially end up in a bar complaint.

I remember watching this in 2009, when Michael O’Brien went on TV and said what those priests did to him, what the church did to him, how the State failed him, and how they all covered it up.

New AZ law creates option to seeking guardianships for people who have some level of incapacity but can still enter into contracts. They can sign a limited supported decision-making agreement and by contract can agree to appoint someone to help them with a variety of things.
