The most impressive thing about twitter is making me think that a lot of the discourse surrounding Doomsday, the movie that I'm not even excited about, is complete dogshit.
Dune fans will be the ones to do more Doomsday promotion than both MCU fans and Marvel.
VFX artists should be applaud for fooling people to think that Samuel L Jackson was actually on a practical set.

Saitama after killing Godzilla with one punch and then turning around only to see there be ANOTHER Godzilla (Godzilla mandate states he can't die or has to be replaced if he does die):
Why didn't Godzilla use his solar system level attack potency to easily win these fights? Is he stupid?
Stop motion animated movie fatigue
People don't want them anymore
People want movies with real production value like shooting in real locations and actors/actresses actually performing on camera rather than reading the script in front of a microphone
I'm saying this as a JWD defender but I do wonder, what happened?
Was the scope too big for Trevorrow?
Too many writers, Koepp included? This one is a standard in hollywood.
Covid threw a big wrench at the whole thing?
Or was Derek Conolly the missing ingredient from JWD?
Rodan could literally just be remove from the movie and nothing would change.
Strange because Micheal Dougherty is supposedly a fan of Rodan and yet the monster ended up being the most mishandled Toho monster in the movie.
