Update: My channel has been remonetized.
What happened was that I had contacted support and revealed to them that my appeal video had not actually been viewed in the time between the submission of my appeal and YouTube's decision to uphold the suspension (according to my analytics). This prompted a very helpful support agent to escalate the situation, and for my channel to be re-appealed.
Thankfully the process took only around two days. There are those for whom the appeal itself takes nearly a month. But @TeamYouTube helped me get my channel back quickly, and I would like to thank them for their expediency, and also to thank everyone who helped boost my initial post on Friday, despite that not being the way by which I ended up reaching out to get unsuspended.

YouTube has demonetized my entire channel again, and is withholding an AdSense payment of about $6,000. Not one video, but my whole entire channel. Again.
This is following my first demonetization, which ended on May 22. And just like the first one (which I had to wait out in full for 90 days), they accused me again of 'Misleading Family Content', which I have stressed repeatedly then, and must stress again now, is a bogus accusation against my channel.
This is infuriating and I cannot put into words how little they think of their creators when they repeatedly do this. I have no stable income source outside of YouTube. If this demonetization turns out like the last one (poorly), then my $6,000 June payout disappears, and I will have to wait until October 8 to wait out the required 90 days before resubmission. I am not in a position to be able to bear this without significant hurt.
Now more than ever I need resources on how to proceed. I have not filed any appeals yet or talked to any agent. My solution to the prior demonetization, which was to first file a formal appeal with an attached video, was a miserable failure, as I have documented repeatedly on my page. I was met only with automated responses and some dismissive managerial responses here and there, despite my appeal video and essay-length email to YouTube support where I exculpate my channel (and these were ignored). I cannot go through that headache again; I need real answers now.
Boost this to the rooftops, and for those who can help directly by sharing how to effectively proceed, I will be extremely grateful for that. For one, I need direct access with a real human at YouTube who is willing to talk one on one and who has decision-making power to reverse this.

After manual reviews, 3 of my channels have now been reinstated. I'm incredibly grateful for the time and effort your team has put into reviewing them.
At this point, FAME YT is the only remaining channel still awaiting review. Since the original enforcement that led to the related terminations has already been reversed, I kindly ask if you could also take another look at FAME YT.
If the review finds that it complies with YouTube's policies, I would also be grateful if its monetization could be restored.

In case there was any confusion, I should state publicly that, consistently with my stance on copyright in general, I completely endorse and celebrate dubbed reuploading of my content, both on YouTube and on alternative spaces. I have been approached numerous times with requests for reupload and dubbing permission, and so I felt it necessary to clarify.

Also wish to thank the demonetized GC for supporting me through it all; I am grateful to finally have things back in order. Having been demonetized by the automated systems since February 20, and trying day after day to convince support agents not to ignore my case has been frustrating - and that is the experience of most who have been suspended.
Speaking of which, there are still many more channels which have not been given a fair shake by the review systems, and my honest opinion is that the entire automated system be overhauled, if not altogether dismantled in favor of pure manual review. Others have spoken about this.

An open letter to YouTube.
We need to talk.
Creators are waking up to terminated channels, wiped revenues, and years of work gone overnight. No warning. No explanation. No appeal that actually works.
So on behalf of every creator who has ever put their life into this platform, here are our demands.
1. Tell us WHY.
A termination email with zero context is not a policy. If you are going to end someone's livelihood, the least you can do is explain what they actually did wrong.
2. Fix the appeals process.
Right now appealing a strike feels like shouting into a void. An automated rejection in 24 hours is not a review. We want real humans making real decisions.
3. Stop punishing whole channels for one video.
One bad upload should not erase five years of content. Strike the video. Don't delete the creator.
4. Give us a warning before termination.
A strike system exists for a reason. Use it. Creators should not be going from zero issues to fully terminated with no steps in between.
5. Be transparent about what is changing.
Every few months the rules quietly shift and channels start disappearing. Tell us what changed. We are not mind readers.
6. Protect the creators who built this platform.
YouTube would not exist without creators. The people losing their channels right now are not bad actors. Many of them are the reason people still open the app.
We are not asking for special treatment.
We are asking to be treated like partners, not liabilities.

Finally! A real person at YouTube took a look at the channel, almost assuredly only because of pressure here on X, and has reinstated the Broken Crown into the YTPP. We will still be streaming going forward on Rumble and Kick in preparation for the next time this happens.
Good afternoon @TeamYouTube, @YouTube, @YouTubeCreators. I have been wrongfully demonetized for nearly 2 months at this point, despite complying fully with the YouTube Community Guidelines.
I request another review of my channel, and I also request that you seriously look into my email defense of my channel, which is attached below, and carefully consider the arguments made in your re-examination of this issue. It completely disproves the flag of 'Misleading Family Content' against my channel.
