I bought this #Mercer from a @FourwaysMall store. Are you aware the brand items with defects are being sold at retail price, albeit marked down. For the price, I shouldn't have handles like that.
But, you charge an extra R200 per room per night from hotel rewards members during the exclusive 2-day sale on Monday & Tuesday! We booked 3 rooms, 2 for 3 nights & 1 for 5 nights at higher rates. That is not how you should treat your rewards members, Tsogo Sun. No!
